It's my second time using Ziprent for tenant placement. I was out of the country when my previous tenants told me that they would be moving out. Ziprent made it very simple for me to manage it remotely and scheduled the photography and showings smoothly and stress-free. Ziprent even recommended changes in rent based on the activity seen and eventually I was able to find a tenant within 2 weeks. Communication was a breeze. Highly pleased by their service.

We just got our lease through Ziprent. The team is stellar and I'm really impressed. We asked some questions during the process and got our answers either on the same day or on the next. We received our answers even on weekends. After our application was approved the team guided us through all the necessary steps. The online platform is simple and easy to use. While we checked out our place we asked the current tenants about their experience and they said that Ziprent was very fast to fix one issue that occurred during their one year lease. I have to say, so far, we have had a very pleasant experience working with Ziprent.
First of all, we really like the website and the way the system is set up. It is very easy to see the progress and to find information regarding the leads, showings, leases, etc.
Also, we really appreciate that everyone is very quick to respond. We like the fact that there is no one person assigned to our property and that everything is handled by the team. This results in a very quick communication with no hassle on any of the parties involved.
Ziprent did a great job doing credit/background checks of applicants and chose a qualified tenant for our property. The qualification criteria that is set at Ziprent is very close to our own (we used to manage our property before) and we are happy that they even called to verify the information.
Overall, they provide a quality service for the money. It's worth it and I would recommend to my family/friends who own rental properties.

Ziprent made the daunting process of renting (especially as a first time 18 year old renter) incredibly user friendly and efficient. Their communication was fast, clearly worded, and helpful. Very happy I found Ziprent to rent my house through. I was going through the process of finding a rental with another company and it was awful. It was so easy to find a house (on a popular rental site), book a showing, apply, and sign the contact. The whole thing took a week.
