I have lived at the Centennial Place apartments in Hanford for the last 2 years and it was a great experience! Our first year we didn't talk to Justice very much (no complaints or anything, just never needed to talk to her), but we've reached out to Nicole a few times and she was more than happy to help! We are continuing our stay with Wright Equities and moving to one of their Fresno locations as well! Thank you all for doing such a great job!

I live on one of their properties and I’m constantly stuck with paying a late fee every month because I get paid semi-monthly which means pay day fall on the same 2 days every month and instead of working with me because 1 pay day happens to be 3 days after the 5th I was told to figure it out and try to have the money one month in advance as if other bills aren’t due in between that as well these are money hungry people who don’t want to work with you and is not willing to make an exception it really should’ve been 10 days not 5 I can’t wait until my lease is up so I can go spend my money some where worth living because giving your money to greedy people never works out in your favor

I just moved my son into an Wright Equities property. It was such a positive experience. I worked with Jody and she was so helpful (since I am a newbie to this). She answered all of my questions. We spoke on the phone and she was so friendly and never made me feel as though I was bothering her. We moved him in this weekend and the apartment was amazing. So clean and in perfect condition! Loved my townhome for many years. Nice management. Sad to think that within the year most residents will be gone due to remodeling and rent increase. Im wondering how single or fixed income folks will not end up homeless. Ca rents are way to high. Living uneasy daily, scared to get that notice. Lol

WRIGHT EQUITIES is an AMAZING! property management company. I am a current resident at one of their many properties and I have to say, the comfort, peace and awesome staff is what makes me happy to come home everyday. I believe WRIGHT EQUITIES hires only the best staff to address any and all needs in a professional and timely manner. They have many beautiful properties to choose from. This place now owns the town homes I've lived in for over 20 years. Since they took over management they've raised the rent twice. Now over 60 families are being evicted so they can remodel and increase rent. This is a heartless group of money hungry investors. It's not right!!

Why do they leave 5 star reviews on all their properties? Scroll all the way down! Residents complain and never get anything resolved. So happy I moved out and no longer have to deal with them. Lazy Lazy lazy
