Just sold my homw and wanted to rent while figuring out where i wanted to reside. Called to check out a place they had for rent. They want a complete application, along with the 50$ fee, before they'll even show a property?! Outrageous. Just lost a highly qualified renter. Oh, but they'll refund the money if you don't want it. Why anyone would hand over their private information without seeing a property is crazy to me

Notice how all good reviews come from people renting out their house with them but not from the tenants themselves. Don’t rent with Karen. Charged for things without adequate proof. Rented with her twice and never got back a deposit. If you have a deposit she’ll make sure to replace anything she can and say it’s your fault. But I’m a fair person and understand leaving a house as good as how you moved in, but it’s highly unfair and highly unprofessional to do some things that she did. We did a walk through, floors looked nice but when the new owners moved in we were accused that we scratched the floors and due to her inability to find a matching floor plank, she decided to go ahead and replace the entire floor and charge us for it. For the second house, she insisted on replacing carpet where it wasn’t just, a carpet cleaning would’ve been sufficient and to charge us for these things are uncalled for. We are fair, we understand respecting the house we are renting and paying for any damages we may have caused. But to take advantage of that is deceitful.

I used Valley Vista Properties around 11 years ago and had a great experience. Anytime I needed anything repaired or had questions they were there for me. Never an issue. Move-in and out were easy and overall a great experience. Here again, I am using them this time for a shorter term rental while our home is being built and another wonderful experience. This time around too its easier with online requests, bill pay etc. Love it.

The home I am renting is a brand new one, which I thought, wow super easy for us all, there should be no issues, but there was a builder issue and Karin & her team really helped me get in touch with the builder and do the repair. I can't thank them enough. It has all been a breeze and such a relief during a stressful time in our lives of moving.

We rented a property from Valley Vista Properties for over 2 years. Whenever we needed any maintenance or had any problems with the property they were on it immediately, even on the weekends which is when things always go wrong. The property had issues with the air conditioning in the crazy summer heat and they always had it fixed that day, even after hours. They were very fair with getting our deposit back upon move out. I highly recommend Valley Vista properties if you need to rent. I’ve heard horror stories of other property managers/landlords and you dont have to worry about that with this company!
