I have been with them over two years now. Anytime there is an issue they return calls extremely quickly and resolve the issue. My two bedroom is fair priced and the staff has always been friendly and professional. I love it here. I'd recommend 👍

I'm a little upset not even the decency to call and let me know someone else got approved for the house. I'm generally curious why they allowed so many applications for 1 place I'm bummed out but the main thing is they wanted all those app fees when they could have easily said we have x amount of applicants just wrong in my opinion.

They were more than willing to help me with the move in process as far as a snafu with my background check went (curse of having a common name) when many other places would not. They even offered to lower my rent when I had to move to keep me. No other place has ever done that and it was a lovely gesture on their part but work was needing me to move. I am removing a star for 2 reasons. Maintenance, while good at what they did, was always hard to get started. And when I moved out they said I not only lost my deposit but owed them additional money. Mind you if I had felt this fair I would have no problem paying, but we had an issue with the carpet from day 1 and opted out of having it replaced. I haven't seen the full assessment but in all honesty I do not feel like we left it in a condition that cost my full 550 deposit plus an extra 250ish. I will review the assessment and adjust my rating accordingly. We had a good renter to landlord relationship and I feel like that got thrown out at the end but they are willing to talk so that is a start. Here's hoping we can work this out.

No, I don’t hate the place. I dislike the Asian personnel. She lacks the orientations in customer relations. On a Saturday I found out that V&R property management had a 1B/1b house for rent for $895. I was advice to rent the house key for $20
