Hard to not stare at this feat of architecture. Brutalist style, I lived on Mosholu for a while, and it never gets old taking photos of these. Had a friend or two who lived here and I dug looking out the windows taking photos across the Bronx.

Please don’t rent from this building my son passed away yesterday because he fell off the roof of this building. The roof had no door and was open open the door to the roof had been broken a year ago and was completely off the hinges and was laying flat on the floor and was never repaired until my son passed away yesterday, that’s when they decided to put up a new door also the alarms don’t work and 50 % of the building cameras do not work as well. No one should be able to go to the roof if you’re not the fire department. My son had mental health issues and he fell off 38 floors to his death ! I tried to light candles for my son yesterday where he laid and the heartless property manager told me this little memory I’m doing is not allowed on there properly.

This building isn’t safe to live in my son isn’t the first person to fall or jump off this building , please if you have a child do not live here it’s dangerous . My son was 22 years old ! No matter what age that roof door should not be open NO ONE SHOULD BE ABLE TO GO ON THE ROOF.
Keep in mind the door was laying on the floor for over a YEAR !!! And I was told this by 5 staff members in the building!!!

This was beautiful even the view. Once I came to a house, the spacing was so big, I wanted to live there, I recommend going here

elevators are always broken! laundry room crowded, they will tow your car in a blink of an eye if you leave it on the ramp. property looks old and run down

I only know about the quality of life in this building from others so I cannot judge. All I know is that I parked nearby one night and my car got broken into. They stole my hoodie and my Chinese food.

I doubt they are going by the wait list - I’m also suspicious when a group of people dominated a building that’s suppose to be open to everyone - someone’s on the take ... money is definitely being passed under the table .
