My flood occurred on a Saturday evening (4 days prior to Christmas) with water flowing from the top floor, going down 3 floors with one foot of water in my basement. After calling 5 companies, Superior was the only company to come out immediately the next day with a van full of heavy duty equipment to stabilize the situation. Superior treated my job with top priority going above and beyond what was asked. I had an issue with my boiler, John (owner) called 2-3 of his friends to do a free consult. I had an issue with my roof, John called 1-2 friends for a free consult. John later fully dried the damage, tested/remediated for the mold, and started reconstruction of the floor. He also took initiative engaging with the insurance company to make sure that the insurance company had all of the relevant information (floor plans, hundreds of pictures and invoices) to process the claim. He also personally facetimed with the insurance company to walk through the situation. While doing the work, John took special care to preserving the 150+ year old historic home. All areas were contained, protective flooring placed on any floors walked on and they even did a major trash out of a basement in order to make sure no surface had any mold. John's passion for the project and personal attentive care helped me be at peace with the remediation. When other teams were taking Christmas and new years off, John's team was working hard on the job. I highly recommend Superior Restoration for any project in what is usually a very stressful situation.
