Pongo una estrella porque no puedo poner menos. No recomendaría en ningún caso alquilar nada con Stonehenge.

Vivir en esta propiedad ha sido una auténtica pesadilla desde el primer día.
Especialmente difícil ha sido tener que tratar con la administración del edificio, más en concreto con Steven Nathan, una persona sin modales y una falta de educación realmente asquerosa. Este señor, se piensa que los inquilinos trabajan para él, siendo él, un jefe tirano y desagradable. Alguien debería informarle que debe trabajar para nosotros y deben darle unas lecciones de atención al cliente. Cualquier pregunta que se le hacía por cosas absolutamente normales la respuesta era no, y siempre de manera impertinente, cuando contestaba, ya que muchas veces no se dignaba en hacerlo.

Por otro lado, que digan que son apartamentos de lujo es una auténtica broma, lo único que tienen de lujo es el precio. Los apartamentos necesitan ciertas mejoras, pagar más de $4,500 por un apartamento de una habitación con aires acondicionados extremadamente ruidosos y ventanas que no aíslan correctamente no debería estar permitido. Al tener un parking debajo, los ruidos eran constantes.

Nos pusieron un foco muy potente en el parking que alumbraba directamente a nuestra habitación, informamos a la propiedad, pero como siempre, no hicieron absolutamente nada. Esta luz alumbraba durante toda la noche haciendo que incluso cerrando la cortina la luz traspasara.

El baño está completamente desactualizado, no estaría de más hacer una pequeña reforma puesto que el precio que se paga es sumamente alto.

Cuando te muestran el apartamento te hablan de zona outdoor disponible, otra mentira más, era un cuadrado de asfalto sin ningún tipo de asiento y estuvo cerrado permanentemente, se accedía a través del gimnasio, otro de los supuestos beneficios que tienes, pero no está incluido en el precio, hay que pagarlo aparte, consideran que $4,550/ mes no es suficiente para tener acceso a esta minúsculo gimnasio.

Lo único bueno que tiene Stonehenge Tower es el equipo de conserjes. Tanto Anthony como Jorge son excepcionales, siempre con una sonrisa y una amabilidad extraordinaria, espero que les traten como merecen ya que son profesionales que hacen su trabajo de forma impecable y es el único buen recuerdo que nos llevamos de allí.
Aconsejo que miren bien en otros edificios antes de tener que tratar con esta gente de Stonehenge.

We all know how difficult finding a great apartment in Manhattan can be. I feel so lucky that my experience in Stonehenge Tower has been very positive in so many ways. How did I find the perfect apt in a great neighborhood and in such a well run building? It started with Stonehenge and their no fee policy which was much appreciated. The efficient management team moved the process along and very quickly I was settled into my new home. My apt is bright, spacious and with great closets. The super, Russ, is very responsive and the building is kept very clean. Being a dog friendly building is also a big plus for me. The doormen are very personable and welcoming; making for a safe environment to come back to everyday. I’m also impressed with the sense of community the Stonehenge team tries to foster with events at different buildings. I have been here four months and am writing this review hoping it is helpful to others.

Wonderful living here. The location is between an express and local trains (96th and 86th St stations). The location and building are super safe. The doorman are outstanding!!! Do not listen to the review below me giving 1-star (that person is just upset bc they do not how to manage living in NYC). I would absolutely live here again if I get the chance to be back in NYC.

I would say it's really a nice experience to live here. Great location with an acceptable price. Doorman remembers all the people living here and will tell you when your package arrives. (in my previous renting experience in other apartments I always needed to say who I am, my unit number). A lot of nice restaurants are nearby and also 1 train will connect you to everywhere in NYC.

I really enjoyed living here, albeit short. The building is great and safe. It's in a good location and close to the 1,2,3, Trader Joe's, Bed Bath & Beyond, Duane Reade, a ton of restaurants. Columbus Square is only 10 blocks up and has a Whole Foods, TJ Max, Home Goods, and other stores. It's close to Central Park and Riverside Park. The doormen are the best! I had a really good experience and would highly recommend.

Our building manager Russ is truly a gift to the building. He responds quickly and happily to tenants needs. Our bathtub stopper broke off and he was up to the apartment in less then an hour. He’s professional and positive. besides Russ we have extremely helpful 24 doormen who email you when a package arrives, The building is always meticulous. Every carpet is vacuum every day and even the basement or"C" as it's know is immaculate. It's truly a Luxury building.

Highly recommend this building！ Leticia and Russ work for that building and they are super helpful and the most kind person I have ever seen. The doormen are always friendly. I rented a alcove studio-- it's super spacious and well structured. A bonus living here --an awesome Italian restaurant Cibo E Vino is just around the corner;)

We initially had a wonderful experience with Stonehenge Tower, but they have been terrible to work with over the last year. They have been completely unwilling to work with tenants during the forced work from home state during the pandemic and had ongoing construction during working hours making it pretty much impossible to work. Outside of management, the staff here is amazing. Can’t say one bad thing about them but management has truly forgotten who their client is.
