I have had such an amazing experience living at The Splash so far.

I have been extremely impressed by the quality of the property. It feels like you’re living in a luxury resort. The inside of the apartments are really quiet and have breathtaking views of the city. You can tell just walking into the apartments that they were built thoughtfully and high quality. The little details stand out such as the warm lighting in the apartments. The property has a full sized gym, a rec room that can host events such as game nights and a mini movie theater.

The staff of the Splash are amazing, kind and professional! So far I have met and interacted with Olivia, Alyce and Thomas (I have emailed with Kimberly). The staff has answered any of my questions and have made me feel extremely welcomed into the community. The whole process from discovering the property to moving in here has been so easy due to the outstanding staff members’ work.

Olivia was the staff member whom I first met at the winter light festival display and who followed up with me to schedule an appointment to tour the property. I ended up completing my application paperwork for one of the apartments with her.

Since I applied for my apartment and moved in here, the property has had several events. I went to one of the game nights and had so much fun getting to know my neighbors. The community building here is thoughtful and consistent.

The neighborhood has so many things to do within walking distance. Laurelhurst Park is a short walk from the property. There are also outstanding restaurants such as Paadee, the Zipper with many options including Seven Virtues Coffee Shop and Boxcar pizza (which is vegan and they have gluten free options). The movie theater is nearby, too. There are multiple grocery stores within a half mile or less.

I highly recommend this property and would encourage anyone looking for a new apartment to consider the Splash.

I can’t wait to move into Splash! I toured today and the construction team looks like true craftsman. The thick concrete construction made the apartment so quiet. You can tell the quality of this place is top notch! I’m so excited to see this property and neighborhood develop!
