Love this building and the staff! All are incredibly welcoming and have made it feel like our home for the past few years. Our toddler loves them as well and gets so excited to be able to high five them when she sees them!

The location is also amazing, just a few blocks from Lincoln Center, Central Park, and close to multiple subway lines at Columbus Circle.

We have lived in two different units in the building (sized up to fit our new space needs with a toddler) and have loved both. The view is absolutely stunning! Highly recommend living here!

We have been very happy to call South Park Tower our home for a little over two years now. We love the friendly staff, the great location, the gym with pool, and the rooftop deck! We also love how peaceful and quiet it is, despite being in the heart of the city. Brodsky is a very accommodating and easy going landlord who clearly takes great care of their properties. The building is always clean and well maintained and if ever there's any maintenance work needed, the building is super quick to send someone. We have zero complaints!

South Park Tower is by far the best building I have lived in NYC so far. I have been living here since 2021 and could not be happier with my decision. It is extremely well maintained, clean and silent. The amenities are great, including a gym with indoor heated pool and a rooftop with beautiful views of the city. The staff is very cordial and the maintenance team quick, attentive and effective. The location is outstanding. Close to Central Park, restaurants, public transportation and walking distance to midtown offices. I highly recommend the building to anyone looking for options in NYC.

My home for the past few years first would like to mention the management and the staff at the leasing office was super helpful for every need we had and was always made the extra mile. Building was always maintained in the best possible way and staff is super friendly and helpful and made us feel at home always. Can’t get better.
(Great amenities gym is great and well equipped the sauna just renovated, even canceled my equinox membership and was surprised how great the machines is maintained)

South Park Tower has truly felt like home for the past 2.5 years. The location is unbeatable, with everything I need just steps away, and the views never get old. Really good place to live. I Came from Paris for an expatriation in New York. The process to visit and obtain an apartment is smooth and efficient as it took less than 24h. The location of the building is amazing, 1 block from Central Park and a few steps from the river. Views from the rooftop are breathtaking and the amenities (gym, swimming pool..) are recent and well maintained. Friendly neighbors and staff, reactive management company. 5 stars!

Moved in last summer and am so happy with our choice.

First, the building is in the best location. You’re a block from Central Park, major subway lines, a gym, and a grocery store. You’re close to everything but just a bit removed from the hustle and bustle of the more touristy areas nearby.

Second, the staff at the building are the best. Just a very friendly and helpful team. Our moving company was a mess and the building’s team effectively took over and gave them everything they needed to do an efficient move-in. Saying hi to and chatting with the guys downstairs is a totally pleasant start and end to every work day.

Third, the price is super reasonable for what you get. Our unit is recently renovated. Immaculate. With that and the location I would not be surprised by a much higher rent price.

I love living in this building. My time here started in 1989. My wife was living here when we were dating. I was a frequent visitor. She left when we decided to start a family together in 2002.

In 2018, I needed a pied-a-terre in the city, and I knew exactly where I wanted to go. I made one call to South Park Tower and rented the first available apartment.

Upon my return, I was thrilled when some of the team in the lobby welcomed me back and spoke highly of my wife. They'd been around since the early days.

The staff here is excellent. They keep it clean and repairs are handled promptly. They are helpful, courteous and friendly at the front desk. The rooftop is worth visiting and the health club is first rate.
