I have spoken to them more than 12 times in the course of a year and a half due to a problem with excessive consumption of my electricity due to problems with the air conditioning and everything continues the same, I think they should rethink the position of the manager in all this, it should Watch over your work, act as if you don't mind RTS Cape Coral Rental, I don't recommend this place.

Les he hablado mas de 12 veces en el transcurso de un año y medio por un problema con el consumo excesivo de mi electricidad por problemas con el aireacondicionado y continua todo igual , creo que deberian de replantearse la posicion del manager en todo esto , deberia de velar mas por su trabajo, actua como si n le importará RTS Cape Coral Rental , no recomiendo este lugar.

I wish I would have read this before signing my lease with them. So far they have no not fixed the roofing issue after hurricane Ian was here and they should of fixed it before renting out the property, we were happy bcus it’s across from the water view and you can see the boats and pier and they have a beautiful four freedoms park but it saddens me and disappoints me that they have not had anyone yet to fix the issues around the property nor even called to see how we were with the move in and we have been here 5 months now and already the neighbors downstairs moved out and the ones next to us too bcus they couldn’t stand how careless and unpretty the place looks. The owners I understand have other properties to fix and whatnot but he/she should put the property that’s being lived in with people first and paying rent and make us feel more welcomed, I have to say I will not sign another year next year and it’s so sad bcus I really liked living near to all the stores and beach. I’ve lived here all my life and truly the owner needs to know and understand if you don’t fix your properties and have better communication with your tenants you will not get your moneys worth.

I lived there for over a year. The garbage disposal was always broken. They would send someone to “fix” it but as soon as I came home and tried to use it it’d break again. I made over 5 calls to have the disposal fixed before I gave up. The A/C was in such bad shape that even though I kept it set at 78 degrees, my electric bill was between $150 and $250 a month. When they had someone look at the A/C all they did was stop the leaking but didn’t fix the overall problem. It took calling twice for them to adequately stop the leaking. Also it took over 30 days to receive my deposit refund. After multiple phone calls and 2 visits to the office, on the 37th day they only would give me an email address of the “manager” and refused to give me the number to the “office in Chicago”, where they say the checks come from. Even though clearly stated on my lease agreement that they use the Bank of America in Cape Coral. I was told today that they probably cut the check last Friday and that I’d most likely receive my refund “this week”, which is exactly what the “manager” told me last Wednesday. I’ve never had this issue before when receiving my refund from a rental company ever. Usually it takes no more than 2 weeks from the time I vacate. It’s a shame they are so bad at maintenance and the shady business with my refund check because the ladies in the front office are really nice.

They are the worst people we have ever rented from. If you need maintenance you better be ready to call several times and have it done incorrectly when they finally come. They do absolutely nothing to maintain the property outdoors. Yet there is a 2 page list of things for the tenant to do in order to get the security deposit back. We also had evidence of someone coming in to our place when we were at work and a few things were stolen. DO NOT rent from them!

This place is a joke!!These people don't do a dam thing/ They aren't qualified to run an ant farm..Maintenance is a real joke! Don't mow lawns don't fix damages can't fix facia can't fix roofs can't fix air conditioners! Unqualified!!!! They don't know how too fix it! To cheap to hire a contractor But they want the money every month...Tom the supervisor isn't qualified to run anything the amount of the property's!! The girls in the office lie just like the supervisor. These people wanting to call this place a resort Is an absolutely laughable .They dress like #hit .Have no communication skills..SAVE YOUR MONEY! FIND ANOTHER PLACE!! And code inforcement is in their pocket!They are as bad as the people that run it!!! Jody & Brian

Worst Rental experience of my entire life. Tammy is rude and unprofessional. She regularly makes unfounded accusations at the residents, is unhelpful, uncooperative and unwilling to listen when people try the explain the truth to her. I was told my lease will not be renewed. when I asked why I was told by tammy that she doesn't need to tell me anything. having been a rental tenant in general for over 15 years I would rather live in the slums of Chicago again than ever giving another dollar to RTS of Cape Coral. Save yourself the abuse and rent from someone who actually cares about their tenants. the only reason I'm giving even one star is because Google will not let me give a lower rating. The pool is not maintained and when residents ask the pool company why, we are told they have not been paid by RTS. pest control is to be included as part of the lease, we have not seen a pest control agent since May (it is now December) The townhouse was supposed to be cleaned when we moved in. To our horror we found pubic hairs stuck to the walls, a dead lizard painted onto the front door, LITERALLY PAINTED ON!!!, they didn't bother to remove the corpse while "touching up" they just painted right over the body. we found black mold under the kitchen sink, and what looked like blood and vomit on the baseboards. the caulk and seals around water fixtures are not waterproof silicone as they are supposed to be and as such we regularly have mold growing in our bathrooms and kitchen. this place is a nightmare and management does not care .DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY

RUN AWAY! DONT SIGN A LEASE! I have been living and renting from these people for the past 3 years and I have to say they are by far the worst rental company ever. Maintenance takes forever to show up for a lot of things. Didn't have a washer machine for the complex for about 6 months so I had to run to the laundry mat every time I wanted to do laundry. We had a broken stove so we told them and 2 weeks later they come and replace it and give us a used one (which is fine with us) but come to find out it shocks you everytime you use it. It's ridiculous. We had a leak in the ceiling and they just plaster over your drywall and not even replace it. I can go on and on. Just take my advice and RUN!
