I was traveling with a friend. We had such a great time. The space provided comfort and was very functional. Everything we needed was there (iron, towels, keurig, etc). The place was very clean and well organized. The building presented with incredible amenities (gym, game room, coffee bar downstairs). The check in / out process was smooth. We were able to food shop across the street. The place was located in a hip / trendy and clean neighborhood. Lots of restaurants to be had. A walkable stay for us as everything necessary was within reach. We will definitely be back.

Great location, clean and roomy!
We had a fantastic stay at rose city chic! The place was clean, roomy and enjoyed the large ceiling to floor windows. The location is great and easy to walk to numerous restaurants, bars and shopping! We will definitely stay again when visiting pdx.

The unit was not the one in the photos. The unit smelled like urine and was clearly not cleaned. The walls had scuff marks and dirt marks all over the unit in multiple places. The door handle had been chewed on and cut my hand. The door lock is also improperly placed. It's extremely difficult to lock or open and needs to be fixed, it is a safety issue at this point. There was garbage in the microwave, the floors were not swept. I was made severely ill by all of the mold in the unit as well, having a major reaction to it. There was BLOOD on the toilet!! All of the dishes I grabbed to use had left over food residue on them. So not only did I sweep, but I hand washed each dish in the cabinets and took out the garbage at the end of my stay. I am thoroughly disappointed in the stay. Also the first aid kit was not up to code.

Perfect long weekend
Had a great stay in this very neat condo. Location was perfect for us. The gym is better than in the photo. Had everything we needed. But biggest thank you that was unexpected with a larger company was staff that went out of their way. Thanks to Brett for all the help!

We love Portland and this is a great location in "Slabtown." 2 blocks from anything needed: grocery, brewery, restaurant, and access to the street car. We would stay here again for sure.

The property is a cool design, but the finish is just a B, for some minor things: - 2nd bedroom / bath is not en suite - bathroom finish all around is builder grade - kitchen finish as well.

Vacasa customer support is very good - responsive even on a Sunday

CAUTION
HEALTH HAZZARD!!
I spent over $800 for two nights at this house. The people didn't inform me that the water was not drinkable. The water gave off a sulphuric smell leading to make me think there was a possible gas leak. I let me 2 year old son take a bath in this water before I could smell the sulfur. I informed the company and they said they neglected to put softener in the water. They said they'll make sure that the next tenant knows which I doubt. The house was not properly cleaned since Christmas. There was Christmas wrapping paper under the couchs along with dust bunnies, USED tissues, and food. Not only was this in the living room but in the bedrooms also. The floors haven't been mopped in a while. This place is a health hazard!! Don't waste your money with these people! When I called to inform them of the situation all they said was okay. The guy brushed me off. I had my family in this health hazard of a place. I paid for a clean and healthy environment but now I'm out of $800 and hoping my family didn't pick up any sort of virus from this place.

My Neighbors Rented a Valentine/Birthday Stay the weekend of 2/12/21 - 2/15/21. If these dates don’t jump out at you let me refresh your Memory, the Weekend of Oregon/Washington Snow & Ice Storm. Under unfortunate / unexpected circumstances, at the Advice of the Governor and weather experts traveling was not at all advised. When my neighbors called to discuss their reservation there was no discussion. They lost $950!! These people did not even offer a fair resolution! I have read previous reviews. One Review said, not less than 2 weeks ago, how this management company can cancel reservations without consequences or care for their customers and leave them hanging. I also notice this company ONLY RESPONDS to positive reviews. Beware, they rent through various booking sights. LOOK OUT FOR VACASA AND KEEP IT MOVING! I know I will NEVER RENT from them on ANY Level. Poor Service / No Morals / Greed & $$$ = Root of All Evil!!!
