It’s no wonder why property owners love this company for rentals, they harass current tenants for damages that were already done to the house, that were otherwise noted upon move in and do NOTHING about fixing them. Horrid inspections by the company upon a tenant moving out to new ones moving in to note any and all damages to property by former tenants. They will harass you with 24 hour or 3 day notices and very grainy pictures of passing by the property. Overall, very unprofessional and rude to tenants.

I’m a little shocked reading some of these reviews. Sheryl the owner has always been nice and helpful. If I ever had problems ( which was rare) all I had to do was send one email and i would get a call the next day from maintenance which btw he is awesome! Pay your rent and take care of your rental property and you won’t have any problems! - Sara A.

I wish I could give this company zero stars. They are the worst rental company in the Central Valley. My husband and I rented an apartment for one year and they never wanted to come fix anything. Literally everything was wrong with the apartment. The stove didn't work, the shower didn't work, the sink didn't work, the door knobs didn't work. They have the bitchiest women running the office, they will always give you attitude unless you're paying rent(we were never late on our rent). On top of everything they're still billing us!!! Definitely never renting from them again and will not recommend to friends or family.

Had an appointment today to see 4b/2bath with my sister. Gate code given didn’t work. Realtor passed us by and didn’t allow us to follow in. Driving up to house she did not greet us and did not introduce herself. She went off by stating that we could not park on the street. Which was completely obviously because the street curbs were all red. Then she went to say “go ahead” which was already awkward. Went inside. house was nice. High windows had a lot of cob webs. Smoke detector was not clean. Walls need paint. But even with all the stuff inside that still need attention we like the house but the ladies attitude since the begin and threw the process of checking out the house she had a horrible attitude. She didn’t even allow us to get into cars because she was already in car and ready to reverse. Rub my sister and I the wrong way. So in the end we decided to take are business somewhere else.

This place is a joke. They only schedule viewing for their properties at time that are in the middle of the day so if you work you can’t view their properties. News flash most people work at 2pm. But I guess this company only wants unemployed people looking at their properties. They wouldn’t even work with me. All I asked is that I could meet with someone around 4pm.

They sent one bill to multiple collection agencies after I had already took care of it. They prevented me from getting a house, refinance my car and a bad record. I had to go there and show them court papers that this matter was already settled.
