I lived in the home for 2 years and I have received 500 $ check, in regards to my 2300$ deposit.
They charged $550 for the cleaning of the house, for which I have sent them a video recording of the house that a cleaning lady and I cleaned.
They charged 75$ for throwing three empty boxes into the garbage.
Mind your security deposit when renting from them! They are not good people!

They have sent me another check. Fair enough. I have changed my rating from 1 star to 3, Thank you!

Performance Property Management has managed my property since 2021, They have been amazing! They are responsive, I receive well-organized monthly reports, repairs needed have been done right away and at a reasonable costs. They have done an fabulous job with the tenants, the home has been well taken care of. CJ and the entire staff are so easy to work with. I appreciate their excellent service!

I've rented from 3 or 4 different property managers in the Fresno area and Performance Property Management by far was the absolute best. Extremely responsive, thoughtful, easy to work with, and attentive to detail on everything. Great renting experience for over 3 years. I would recommend anyone looking to rent to try and find a place managed by them.
