Pama management bought 500 las Palmas ave, 95815. This address is really bad! Bed bugs, cockroaches and drug dealer's and addicts. Now Pama is evicting the people who are quite, never causing problems with neighbors so on. I have complained about the inside and outside of this address and they know I won't hesitate to call code enforcement (for this area call 311 and they will get you to the right people who see to it that your rights as a tenant will be addressed) so now they are evicting me! Because I make to much noise and the police are at my apartment to much. I have never had the police at my apartment and unless you see me you wouldn't know I lived here! This is slander and I am prepared to file law suit against them! Be for warned to NOT rent fromthem. Do a search on them and you will hear all the horror stories!

Christy, manager in Stockton always has a bad attitude. Her life must be so sad she takes it out on every resident (seen multiple times from multiple people). 10 years moving and living on my own. Great rental history and background, never late on payment, and a simple maintenance request to her is like I am asking for a free month of rent or something crazy. Never experienced such poor customer interaction or human behavior. Maintenance request was my furnace to be shut off 5 days ago and now it is 90 degrees and my furnace flame is still running. lol a joke of an employee to this company.

Someone Once said, that Nobody arrives to Pama Management apartments By Choice!
So aptly put.... Guaranteed that Other appartments at this price $ 750.00 to ?$900.00 for 1 BR. 1 Bath, under 500 Sqrt.
With. Hundreds on roaches, Bed Bugs, Rat infestations!
And Oh yea someone killed nightly.... Abundantly supplied with drugs and or alcohol,
Senior housing 90% (They are to frail to complain)
Condition of: ELEVATORS broken for years!
Laundry Room. What a joke....
And They( Current OVERFED SLOBS THAT Sit their EXTREMLY FAT BODIES down (not work) in a large chair TALJ TO THEIR FRIENDS ALK DAY LONG!

SHUT'S DOWN the Only washer and Dryer (8 total exist but never fixed!
Routinely the laundry room gets locked out especially if you have clothes washing or drying!!! 2-3:30pm
They OF COURSE Don't post any of this!
My ADVICE IS TO RUN AWAY FAST!

I'm sure this has been the property manager to enter into a area of where investors feel the need of the people currently wanting a better way of living out there precious life's in these fairly older buildings that date back quite a few years ago since my residence here this is the first real folks like these that have been attempting to create that home we all deserve to reside in by cleaning it up repairing what is probable and being forthright about these efforts to meet that desired results whereas there's no question in the integrity here.

Pama management is the worst place to ever live i am in south sacramento and they are such slumlord rude and inconsiderate i live here longer than they have owned the place and find them to be racist.
