We owned a condo in a community that used to be managed by a local, quality manager. Unfortunately they retired and these folks took over. They've been so impossible to work with that I'm happy we've sold our condo and will hopefully never hear from them again.

I don't understand a sudden appearance of $100 bill in my account with this company. I have been calling for over 3 months, nobody every calls back. I visited the office and it's locked.

If you are no longer managing my community, kindly send out letters to that effect. Else, I need a call back to resolve 3 issues.

If it would be possible to give a lower star, I would. Michael McDonald is completely ineffective as a property management representative, or it could be said, HE is what gives property management a bad name. Good luck to anyone considering purchasing or living in any Elev8tions community if you're dealing with PCMC and/or Michael McDonald. This company and this man do not care about the people they represent or their community. Drive around, you will see garbage cans sitting out front of fences, meanwhile, various occupants will receive violation notices, there is no consistency in the development. Complain about noise or barking dogs (all day and night) and McDonald will tell you to deal with it yourself and that it's part of what you signed up for when purchasing a home in the development. Total lack of care or concern.

The owner Mike is the biggest d bag you could possibly find. He is incredibly rude and unprofessional. He hung up on me several times and refused to help in any manner. I will be peritioning my community to switch HOA management companies.

Horrible customer service, I'm definitely not sure how or who replies to the reviews but it's very standoffish, it's like the company is defending the Horrible customer service they provide, many people have the same feedback. We can't all be telling false narratives 🤔 💭 😒 🙄. 2024 business need to get back to customer service not it's my job/business you need me attitude 😒 it should simply be I need you and you need a service I provide 😉 basic business ethics!!!

This company is in charge of our HOA in a Lennar community. Every month for 2 years they sent me a statement with a $0 balance owed & then out of nowhere sent me a bill after 2 years for $1500 saying they had a glitch in their system & acknowledged it was their fault & has harassed & bullied my family & I. We made an arrangement with MICHAEL MCDONALD to pay it down & we were honoring it & he MICHAEL MCDONALD called me a few months later & said they were no longer going to honor our arrangement & he MICHAEL MCDONALD was going to put a lien on our home. He & this company are completely unprofessional & have done this to dozens of residents here & threaten us if we don’t fix their mistakes.

I have lived here for almost two years. We are moving next month in part due to the lack of quality of services, nonresponsiveness by staff, and ineffective practices in managing our Homeowners Association. Here are some of the issues we have encountered: Ineffective communication regarding common area tree trimming, non responsiveness to complaints (i.e. filed a complaint in 2015 about unsafe pool equipment, equipment finally replaced in 2015 after public shaming of the company), rodents in the common area pool (i.e. this happens consistently each time we have tried, at random, to use the spa or pool - even though there is supposedly a pool maintenance person who cleans the pool twice a week), and lastly, the CCR are applied based on people's preferences and not consistently to everyone. If this is your property management company, make sure you bid out your contract every few years to keep them on their toes.

Sadly we have had to call this management company three times for the same issue of the gate remotes not working. Today in speaking with Kathy I received the worst customer service. Kathy was impatient, rude, didn't hear me (the customer) and ended up asking me to call back because she was behind with her other duties and "couldn't deal with this right now". Again terrible customer service, she just wanted to clock out on time and couldn't care less about if a customers issue was resolved. Don't ask for Kathy if you call there becuase what you will get is the worst customer service imaginable!
