The photos were NOT as shown on site. Carpet in bedrooms need to be replaced. Livingroom blinds severely damaged along with door handle leading out of patio. Price is great, area is okay.

Our investment group can’t say enough about Mia and One Source Property Management. We own rental properties in many markets and One Source is clearly the best we have. Mía does a great job selecting tenants and managing them through the rental process. She works hard to keep repair costs to a minimum and cash flow positive. She has remodeled and sold a number of our properties and done a great job in the entire process.

I called One Source to inquire about a listing that I saw. Unfortunately, I was too late and it had been leased already. However I was assisted by a woman by the name of Ashley who was very kind and knowledgeable. She gave me a lot of great information and I was able to explain to her my needs. I will definitely be on the look out for other properties that may come available and I look forward to working with Ashley again.
