I recently requested my 401k and it went very smoothly. I just retired and have submitted all documents and hope to receive my funds soon. The staff has communicated and given me status of my process.

Go with another company! Stay away unless like automated bots running the show. Will never do business here again. I have never seen such a poor display of customer service. They will not lift a finger for you. All they do is tell you what you do wrong and do nothing to assist. If you enjoy talking to a brick wall that spits out automated emails, this is the place for you.

If I could rate this company with 0 stars, I would. I was told I should receive my paperwork within 2 weeks, I had no mail, emails, calls, smoke signals or anything of that sort. This is the worst company to handle your 401k. They are over worked and understaffed. I highly do not recommend this place for your 401k, death benefits or anything of that sort.

Lorena does not communicate and has taken 3 months to finalize my paperwork and still nothing. I have had to ask for updates every couple of weeks just to try and understand why it is taking so long. She didn't even tell me she had been waiting 3 weeks for my previous employer to sign a paper nor did she even follow up with him. It was because of my constant emails nagging her that she told me and then didn't even bother to tell me when she received it. Should receive funds soon. They can't even give an estimation. Probably because it hasn't been completed yet.

I've sent the papers for a rollover request and kindly asked Mellisa for confirmation that she received them and all is ok.
I even put my HR representative on the second email.
One month and it is not done, not answering emails and phone calls.
I cannot believe this type of attitude allows a company to stay in business.
Not sure how I can make this guys process the rollover I need to start looking at options.
Update: I was able to talk to a manager over there by email.
and shed some light on what's going on.

I would not give these people any stars. They never return phone calls. Been waiting going on 4 months for my money they are blaming another company for. When you do call and get a hold of someone they are rude and not helpful.

A process that takes other companies less than 24 hours to complete and process is now taking them 3 weeks. Still no update or response and it’s nearly impossible to get a call back let alone get a live person to answer the phone.

This is the absolute worst TPA out there. I wish I could give them 0 stars. It starts at the top of the company! The "president" is horrible. If you are a company looking for a TPA, STAY AWAY! They lose paperwork, don't return phone calls or emails, and lie. Look at all the reviews, only a company looking to get sued would do business with or continue to do business with them. They only care about the employer and tell employees to kick rocks and don't take responsibility. HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE!
