I have encountered significant issues during my time living at this apartment complex. My apartment has flooded three times, and each time, the office was unresponsive when I tried to call for help. I had to go in person to get assistance, and there was a noticeable lack of urgency regarding the flooding situation. Despite my requests for the apartment to be checked for mold due to the water damage, this concern was overlooked.

Additionally, I have left numerous voicemails that have gone unanswered. My front door has broken multiple times, allowing pests, including scorpions, to enter my apartment. Unfortunately, the repairs have not been done properly, forcing me to hire my own pest control service.

In addition to all of this, my upstairs neighbor, the one who has flooded my apartment 2 of the 3 times is extremely disruptive, making loud noises late into the night and at insanely early morning hours which has affected my sleep and caused items to fall from my walls due to the amount of stomping, banging, and vibrating it does to my apartment. I have attempted to address this issue with the office staff, but my concerns have not been acknowledged.

Overall, my experience here has been frustrating, and I look forward to moving out, as this has truly been a challenging living situation.

The Best Property – Truly Like Family! 🏠 ❤️

I can’t express enough gratitude for Sylvanna. From the moment I moved in, they have been nothing short of amazing—kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. They don’t just manage the property; they create a warm, welcoming environment that feels like home. Any time I’ve needed anything, they’ve been there with a smile, ready to help. It’s rare to find someone who puts so much heart into what they do, and I feel incredibly lucky to have them. If you’re looking for a new apartment who truly cares, look no further— Sylvanna and her leasing team is the absolute best! 🤗

I had an absolutely terrible experience at this apartment complex. Upon moving in, I was greeted with a roach infestation that was visible everywhere in my one-bedroom unit within the first week. Despite being told the standard pest treatment wasn’t enough, it took over a month for them to apply the "specialized" treatment, which didn’t even help. After two months of living there, I finally had a full fumigation, but roaches continued to appear, dead or alive. The only solution offered was more of the ineffective "standard sprays" I had already been warned wouldn't work. Throughout my lease, I was told by friends, family, and coworkers that I smelled of pesticide due to the continuous treatments. Now one month after moving out, I am still cleaning the pesticide smell off all of my belongings.
Communication with the office was inconsistent and frustrating. I received little to no help when dealing with maintenance issues, including a broken washing machine that took over two weeks to repair, and there were constant delays. The phone is rarely answered during the hours the office is open and email communication is inconsistent or unhelpful. The unit was filthy when I moved in, with dirt and dead roaches everywhere. There were holes in the walls, and the appliances were filthy, including a stove and oven that were never cleaned.
The complex’s laundry rooms were disgusting, in poor condition, infested with roaches, and smelled like urine. To top it off, I had no hot water for months, and the bathroom and microwave exhausts were useless, causing grease buildup and humidity. The complex also had drainage issues, causing massive puddles during monsoon season leading right up to my first-floor door.
The grounds were dirty, with dog poop everywhere, and the security gates were frequently broken, leaving the complex unsafe. There was a significant homeless presence, and loud, disruptive neighbors with pets that screamed and howled at all hours of the day made living here unbearable. The management was unresponsive to my concerns, and after breaking my lease early due to the ongoing roach issue, I still had to pay a buy-out fee because they didn’t acknowledge the infestation as a legitimate problem. Overall, this has been the worst living experience I’ve had, and I would not recommend this place to anyone as it was not worth the price.
