Excelente lugar para vivir, la mejor ubicación, a 5 minutos de todo! El condominio muy bien organizado con una excelente administración respaldada por un equipo de trabajo amable y profesional, atentos a cualquier necesidad que tenga el inquilino, responden rápida y eficientemente a cualquier requerimiento, yo vivo aquí hace casi cinco años con mi familia y desde mi experiencia puedo decir que es un lugar para vivir tranquilo y feliz haciendo las cosas bien, como debe ser. Aquí todo funciona y el condominio vela porque todo se mantenga en las mejores condiciones de limpieza y orden. Lo recomiendo totalmente.

Yo vivo aqui mas de 10 años y me extraña algunos comentarios negativos de esta comunidad, para mi experiencia todo el equipo de trabajo es muy profesional, tratan siempre de ayudar al residente y de mantener el orden en la comunidad. Hay reglas obviamente como en todos los condominios pero creo que es necesario para la seguridad y el bienestar de nosotros los residentes y la comunidad en general.
Vivo muy feliz aqui y creo que me quedaria muchos años mas.

Una administración terrible, ordenaria, pedante y mediocre...te cansas de exigir un derecho pero solo se lo merece quien se gana la voluntad de Vivían, que es la persona más malhumorada que puede existir. Te contesta de mal tono, nunca encuentra una solución favorable y anda detrás de ti como una espía midiendo los pasos ...
Sobre el residencial no puedes salir al patio, no puedes usar bbq, no puedes recibir visita porque de una vez te acusan de que esa persona vive ahi, no puedes usar por más de 2 días el parqueo de visitantes, todo es un terror

Horrible experiencia no le recomiendo a nadie ese lugar es un desastre los niños no pueden jugar no se puede hacer bbq tienes un patio por gusto no lo puedes usar y para colmo no te devuelven el fondo que tienes te quieren cobrar por todo hasta por lo que no hay es un asco vivir ahi

I’ve had such a wonderful experience living at Midway Apartments! The community is always clean and well-maintained. Recently, they painted the buildings and pressure-cleaned the roofs and floors, making everything look brand new. The gated entrance and security cameras provide peace of mind, and the atmosphere feels safe and welcoming.

A huge shoutout to Mayra Aroca, the property manager, for her dedication and professionalism. She’s always responsive, kind, and goes above and beyond to ensure residents are happy. It’s clear she genuinely cares about the community.

If you’re looking for a beautiful, secure, and well-managed place to call home, Midway Apartments is the perfect choice! Highly recommend!

This is our 7th year living here. Yes there are many rules but I am ok with that as the rules help maintain the aesthetic and environment of the complex.
We moved in with a 10 year old. Yes the rule is children can not play outside but I assure you this is for the safety of the children and I could not agree more. Some people aren't watching out for children as they drive through the complex. There are plenty of parks and places for entertainment near by so it works out perfectly. Plus the pool is always open to everyone and filled with children. To my knowledge Many complexes in the area have the same rule. Rules are enforced but they are also lenient to an extent as there are ALWAYS children outside after 6pm and all day on weekends especially all summer long.
The complex & pool are well taken care of & always clean.The grass & trees are well kept. They are always working on improvements in the community and the apartments. We constantly get compliments from our guest. Noise is never an issue as the apartments were very well made. Plenty of visitors parking available. The whole complex is very well lit up at night. Rent does go up yearly as it does everywhere else but in my opinion it goes up at a reasonable rate compared to other properties.
Neighbors are friendly, polite & respectful.
We've never had an issue with Management or Maintenance. They are all friendly and always willing to help as quickly as possible.
Management made upgrading our apartment from a 2 bd to a 3 bd an easy and stress less process.

Yes there is a school right next door and elementry at that, I can Imagine there is some noise every morning and afternoon as it is a school and the only thing separating the school is a chain link fence. The thing is this isn't a reason to deduct stars. IMO if you don't like noise you should already know a school next door is going to be noisy. There is no way of hiding the school so if you moved in on the side next to the school and you hate noise, that's really all on you.

As far as deposit returns... well there has not been one place (3 different apts) I have lived in where I ever recieved a FULL refund. I take care of the apartment and do my best to clean before moving. Still I have never recieved a full refund. I learned to never expect it back at all. We all know rentals are in the business of making money.

We have lived here for 7 yrs and my husband's phone number with a 786 area code has always been the one we use for the front gate. Not sure why anyone else has had an issue.
