I was asked to rate them for the service done to my apartment.
To be honest, they do fix things when they arise, sometimes it takes a few calls/emails.
But two things they can’t seem to address:

They do not care about quality of life in the apartment complex. Neighbors play loud music way past midnight. Summer time is even worse with big speakers and a DJ outside into the morning.

Some neighbors do not keep their dogs on a leash and they always ambush you day and night.

They don’t answer emails or written complaints. I tried calling 311 and 911 but they don’t answer noise complaints to this area for some reason.

I am a tenant in one of the buildings they manage. In the past 3 months, there’s been 2 separate severe leaks from 2 apartments above me that have caused significant damage. There’s currently a giant hole in my ceiling and today is the 3rd day in a row I’ve had to stay home from work to wait for a plumber that has yet to come. I’ve called their office several times and left voicemails but they clearly do not have the wherewithal to manage all of their buildings and respond appropriately to urgent situations. They don’t care about the human lives living in the apartments they make money off of and it shows.

I rented a parking space in my building, and the whole thing went very smoothly. Chandni was very good at providing all the details I needed, responsive to my questions, and made sure everything was clear. The parking spot feels secure, and overall, it has been a positive experience.

At this point there’s no use in complaining about the rising rent prices but if you can find a home that checks a lot of boxes, it hurts less. This was my experience living at The Renee. Managed by Metropolitan prop’s services for three years. I lived in a very spacious one bedroom with tons of closet space, and high ceilings. The building has a laundry room, and doorman. I felt very safe and any concern was addressed immediately by the property coordinator, Chandni Singh. I highly recommend their services

I would rate 0 but the system doesn’t allow me to.this company is very unprofessional they don’t take care of the building where are resident, every year in winter is the same issue we don’t have heat and some times we don’t have hot water in the all building.
This is insane I never seen the company fitting the gas line for he boiler so I assume that the owner doesn’t want to spend money but likes to receive money from the rent every month; we never been late in the monthly payments at least we deserve the basics services .
