It was an absolute pleasure working with Marvin. He was always available to not only give great advice but also provided the correct expectations for me. His timing of the closing was almost to the exact week which was 6 month ago! In this tough market with high interest rates and the buyer having the upper hand you get what you pay for. Him and his team was worth every penny. Marvin made the selling experience as frictionless as possible while providing timely updates and dealt with the potential buyers in order to get us the best deal. He was able to recommend some last minute referrals to help get our place cleaned up when last minute requests came in from the buyers a few days before closing. I don't think this deal could have been done in this time without Marvin's extensive expertise and his amazing negotiation skills. Happy to have met Marvin while house hunting. He is super open to questions and honest when answering. As properties are quite the investment nowadays, it's good to have someone who works with you. We were interested in other properties and he had no problem providing advice on the market and neighborhoods. He knows a lot of people and knew the listing agents of other properties. He was able to get us viewing times convenient to us and showed up to help point out the good and bad of other properties. I had a ton of questions throughout the entire process at all hours (sorry Marvin!). He was always patient. You could tell he was on your side by how he defended our concerns to the seller. After closing, he helped us connect with people for odd jobs to do at the house and gave his insight as he had been through work on a house himself. I can't say enough good things about him. Marvin did a great job letting us know how to prepare the home for sale. We interviewed three brokers, he showed the most potential. Marvin and his team were able to create renderings and market the property in a fashion that garnered strong interest. We obtained 5 offers, one of which was at ask. The first deal fell through, while some brokers may rush to lower the price due to a slowing economy, Marvin instead approached the second highest bidder and obtain a near ask offer.
