I applied the beginning of July. My grandmother who owns her house co-signed for me. No evictions great rental history on both our names. The only reason I needed her to co sign was because i recently applied for a credit card and it took my score down. I had to pay twice for a app fee because they don't tell you that you only have to pay 1 time and call in to have them add you to a property. Also I've called several times to ask about our applications got no feed back and they was rude and also not helpful at all. Paying 35 + 35 for myself then + 35 for my co signer and it took a month for them to say I was denied. Thank god I didn't put all my eggs in 1 basket because I'd be homeless with my 3 kids..I'm also glad because some of the reviews that I've read are just sad. Also from people I know personally who went through this company. Make sure you are a perfect tenant with no kids no animals and that you make at least 7k a month with a perfectly outstanding credit history 950+ score..a 500k rental insurance, and a life policy and a job that requires you gone 90% of your lease with a lawn service who comes every Mondays. THEN u MIGHT get approved.

Aside from Loving Our Place and how quickly we got approved & moved in ! Ide love to mention how awesome our maintenance is specifically George ! we've only had one issue since moving in & it got handled super quickly! He was friendly & gave us a step by step of what was being found,fixed & Ect ! Nothing but good experiences with ManageX !

Never got a call back after applying. Josh the person who I dealt with stated that we would be called back in a week or soo. It's been almost two weeks and no call back. He told me his manager jason handles everything with the applications. I called and left Jason a msg. But never got called back.
They need to work on how they conduct business. Never call applicants back and leave then in the dark. They need to figure out how to manage many applications too. It seems they can't handle it.

Like many other reviews, I was shown a house that I liked and gave my application to Caleb, who was both professional and punctual. I was told my application would take 2-4 days to process by his boss, Jason, but that was not the case. I submitted the application on 8/1, and as of today which is 8/18 I have still not been contacted about my application. I have called multiple times and not once has the leasing agent (Jason) been in his office. The secretaries must get tired of saying "Jason isn't in right now, would you like to leave a message?" all day every day. I went into the office for about 5 minutes and heard them say it to 3 callers in that time alone.

I am extremely grateful I was able to rent a house not managed by Managex. If I needed maintenance from them I am positive it would take at least a week just to even get a call returning the inevitable voicemail. If you apply with Managex, just don't hold your breath or get attached to the property. They are very likely to rent it out from under you and not tell you, or just not contact you at all.

Also, It seems a bit strange that, at the time of writing, there are five 1-star reviews and one 5-star reviews and that's somehow averaged to 2.5.
