Mal lugar para descargar , el appointment no se cumple , llegue 2:30 minutos antes y empezaron a descargarme 2 y media después del appointment lo que provocó que perdiera la siguiente carga

This is by far the worse Lowe’s I have ever been to, nothing about kids and no one holding them accountable, dude came by at 8 said he going to get his scanner and that was over an hour ago. I assume people was leaving bad reviews to be mean but nah this is definitely a one and done for me, all they doing is riding around and chatting like they on vacation. Like getting caught in that snow storm wasn’t bad this just added to it and it’s clear in not going to make it to my kid competition solely because I’m a sitting duck at this place just because they are lazy asf and get to do what ever they want

Strict on appointments will not get unloaded out of order or earlier.
They do have portables in the staging are.
My experience was 1 hr 45minutes later than appointment time. Even though when i got here there was only 3 trucks and they unloaded them.
While unloading other trucks arrived. And even though they were late since my appointment wasnt until after theirs they took them first.
I called before arriving and what i was told is they would work me in if there was an opening.or if a driver was late i would be before them , that didnt happen. Just sat until it was my turn in the order. And since those other drivers were late, it ended up being the 1hr:45min past my appointment.
Its a nice facility but dont expect to be out earlier. Than your appointment. And hope you have an early morning appointment.

All these trucks and forklift guys hanging out in the corner for HOURS. No lie hours. Guy next to me had a 10 am apt time and I got there for a 1 apt time at 1130. Unloaded 5 hrs later and that’s only because they close at 4.

As a former employee I can tell every truck driver that yes they do take their time unloading trucks. I've been told by employees F that truck or idc I get paid by the hour or they take a 45 min break during their 15min break and a hour lunch break when it's suppose to be 30min. Breaks are at 8:15 to 8:30, 11:30 to 12:00 for lunch and 1:30 to 1:45 for the last break but instead it's 8:15 to almost 9 11:30 to about 12:30 and last break is from 1:30 to almost 2:15. They don't care about getting anything done on time I mean they don't even have a traning processes they just throw people out there and expect them to do the job like they have been there for 8 plus years and then the people that have been there for 8 plus years won't train you unless you are a woman as I was told by multiple employees you are also expected to learn and do everything and not get any kind of compensation for going above and beyond. If you are 18 just outta high school this job would be perfect for you or for someone with little to no experience. They don't take doctor notes as well so you will always get a point they don't care. They will make you do qa jobs and won't give the pay for it but will give the position to people who aren't qualified. Favoritism is a major roll here if you don't kiss the floor they walk on they want nothing to do with you. They will use your knowledge and not give a dang. Definitely was a laughing matter going into work everyday. They fired two general managers this year alone and also gave management positions to people that only worked in walmarts or dollar general stores and have no idea how a warehouse let alone a flatbed distribution is suppose to be operated. If you have experience just go ahead and forget all of it cause I've been told by 4 different members of management 7 different times that my experience is irrelevant but then they expect you to work like you got experience. It's segregated as well if you ask people for help they will look at you and ignore your question. Every guy will flirt with you while they train you so you never really learn anything or become of value to the company you just another yard dog. Then to top it all off no one told me I was terminated until 9 days later and they are now changing my time sheets for when I worked and now making me wait 4 weeks before I can even get my last check from them. She said I didn't work at all one week but at the bottom it said 55.5 hours for that entire work week so if you like working for snakes then that's the place to be. I mean they literally let two employees get in a fight and let them both keep their jobs and even gave one of them a promotion it's absurd I can also tell you that if you decide to quit they will change your hours and not give you your last pay check and ask if you have these times written down cause they already go in the system and delete what hours you have cause I worked from December 9th to the 13th and also December 16th and 17th and are claiming that I never worked those days. They really need a union there cause management got horns and will screw you over even on the holidays
