While I was never looking for a new job a recruiter from Korn Ferry reached out to me via LinkedIn. The job sounded like a great opportunity so I went through the steps:

My recruiter reached out to me after my interview with their client which was nice.

Then it has been silent ever since. I followed up over a month later via email and the two recruiters I worked with have ghosted me. I think it is extremely unprofessional for one of the largest recruiters in the country to fail to respond.

I would have not written this review if it was just one recruiter. But because it was two recruiters from two separate offices I feel the need to.

Unfournatley people don't forget how you made them feel and Korn Ferry got my hopes up. I won't be using or recommending them in the future.
