I used renter reviews of PM companies to find a rental after moving back into town, and iRent stood out above the rest. I can hands down say those reviews were accurate. The rent was very reasonable for the area (Concordia,) the management was responsive and easy to talk to, maintenance was easy to get a hold of and quick to address issues, laundry area and grounds were clean and kept up, and all of their properties are pet friendly. I had the good fortune of having lovely and quiet neighbors in a great neighborhood, so that doesn’t hurt! Move in and move out processes were straightforward, no huge move-in costs, I was returned my deposit in a timely manner, and the rental agreement was clear and readily available on their portal. I was sad to leave but was in a position to buy so I jumped on it. I highly recommend renting from these local folks!

iRentPDX is the best property management I’ve ever rented from. I lived in 2 different apartment complexes run by iRentPDX and only left because we needed something bigger and they didn’t have anything available that suited our needs. Good value for the apartments, super quick to send maintenance, good communication. Would definitely be open to renting again from them in the future

Since renting at the 75th avenue location (1year) our cars have been broken into 5 times and having an incident where 13 vehicles were broken into in 1 night. Since then the landlord has made no effort to assist or remedy this problem, as well as not reinforcing their bike lock storage which had also been broken into at least 3 times in the short but terrible year we were there. I do not recommend renting from any of their locations. We had put in a request for additional hot water pressure which was never responded to, the landlord only cares about making money. Their facilities are sub-par at best and are for a fee. They do not maintain any property beyond the bare minimum if that. When we requested our deposit back after vacating they intentionally sent it to the wrong address despite being provided the new forwarding address. Everyone involved at every level of this rental agency is absolutely negligent or downright malicious in nature. If these seem like things you want to experience as a tenant then by all means rent from the people who decided to raise rent by 100$ after immediately hearing about the 13 vehicle break in.

I rarely write reviews but had to show some love to the folks at IRentPDX! I rented an apartment in one of their buildings for a whopping 16 years, and they were great! Super responsive and communicative with any issues that came up, fair, and kind folks. They even send birthday cards and holiday goodies! And I so appreciate their blanket "pets welcome" policy across all their units. I felt very taken care of by them (probably why I stayed so very long!) and only moved out when I needed more space. They made the move out process super smooth too. Highly recommend renting from them, they're awesome!

These guys are great and very reasonable property managers. My fiancé and I have been renting with them for years (my fiancé’s last apartment and our current shared one) and they have been prompt about any issues or repairs. They are kind and understanding when communicating with them. They have no breed restrictions within their pet policies which doesn’t effect me but I’m a bully breed lover and love our diverse pet neighbors. Their units in multiple buildings they own are cute and unique with real Portland charm. We’ve never once had any issue or been put off by them. They are friendly people. We won’t move away from them unless we buy a house.

I rented from them for several years and, other than the usual minor stuff that comes with being a renter, had nothing but a positive experience.

Their in-house maintenance team was always quick to respond and everyone I dealt with in the office was friendly and professional.

I was not charged a ridiculous pet deposit or forced to pay high monthly pet rents. They are very pet friendly which was the main reason I chose them in the first place.

Both my move-in and move-out were painless and I received a full refund of my deposit way before the legal deadline.

If I ever again find myself in need of a rental in the Portland area they will be on the top of my list.

Super nice people were in charge of my building. They even brought gifts and letters for my birthday and Christmas.
I do love the no weight or breed restrictions for the pets. We were having trouble and almost ended up without a home before finding this place.
They were always quick to respond to any concerns or maintenance issues.
Only reason I moved was because I needed more space. If I could afford the price for a 2 bedroom I would have stayed.

I don't know why I have not written a review before for these folks! I have lived in the same lovely spot since 2020 and have no plans to leave. The staff has been so kind and responsive from my application onward. The apartments are awesome, well maintained, clean, quiet. The maintanence and grounds crew are always very nice and as a woman alone, I have never felt any concern. Don't hesistate to sign a lease, they really are just good people and true to their word.
