I've been here for 4 months. First of all the PROS: The maintenance crew is pretty awesome and timely. Sending direct maintenance orders on the website, including upon move in, ended up being the best and only route to get things done. Quick, respectful, thorough. Swader Humphrey handled most of my requests. If it wasn't for 4-5 star maintenance, my rating would be 1 star.

CONS: The apartment wasn't move in ready at all. I was told it was an upgrade from the unit I was originally moving into. Silly things like dirty and water damaged cabinets, missing floor boards, nasty dishwasher, faulty outlet, dirty patio, paint splotches on the floor, bulbs out on porch and fridge lights, old faulty sliding closet doors, stove eyelets offline, microwave was installed slanted and leaning forward, and the mailbox doors were even faulty, several just left open; there was even a door on the ground and all kinds of mail was scattered in the area. Once mine was open with mail in it. Was something stolen? No idea but I hope not. Just things I'd never seen. There was even more water coming out of the bath faucet than the shower head during my shower. And yes, an occasional roach here and there which I expected but this and all the other issues were noted on my move in inventory sheet, yet nothing was resolved on the property management's end. It wasn't until I figured out how to submit a request to maintenance that things got resolved. So, if you rent here, don't expect much of anything from management.

Although reviews are low. I know the apt complex because my daughter lives here. She doesnt have any roaches or any kind of bugs or rodents. Yes ive smelled weed sometimes but as long as people dont bother you im not bothered by it. And thats pretty much most places you go nowadays unless you live in a house. I decided to move here also because Shae has been amazing. She makes things go so smooth. Even before i moved here since i visit my daughter often shes been such a big help. Shes so kind and sweet and always here to help. She needs a raise for sure!! She does her job so well that people are waiting to talk to her. Ill be one to wait foe her now that im moving in lol . My apartment is nice and clean and smells good too. They show you the apt before you move in. So if there is any issues they fix it before you move in. Shae makes sure of that. And she keeps you updated on everything as well. They have nice amenities as well. It really has been as easy process for me. Im really happy so far. I will update if anything changes.

Run, you can find another place that's better.

It smells like weed 24/7, residents will use the hood of your car as table for their weed and you wont be able to go a few minutes without dry heaving from the weed smell that came from your neighbors unit and has now stunk up your unit. All office does is send a email saying "Mmm yea please dont smoke it's in the contract ". I have had to call Fort Worth police because it is so bad! No amount of fabreeze will help.

Roaches will be your new roomates even if you keep the place spotless. I think this place is infested. I dont know how anyone else lives in this place without being grossed out that cockroaches make their way into appliances, their plates, cups . Everything we own in the kitchen will have to be thrown away and have to be replaced. I just give up. We tried fumigation, traps, sprays, dietemasous earth.

Definitely will be leaving after our lease is up. I am DONE.

I recently had an issue with my dryer and submitted a work order. The maintenance team, especially Swader, resolved the problem quickly and efficiently. Their service and professionalism were greatly appreciated!

Staff have been amazing. I especially appreciated Jesiant Ramos for all her help completing the application/approval process. It was during the Christmas holidays and the staff were still available and willing to help. Always a smile and welcome.

It makes no sense at all to have been at this properly for less than two years and for the sink to have been broken at least six times they keep sending the same maintenance man here that obviously does not know what they’re doing and they think that they’re gonna get better results…piss poor team. They need to hire another maintenance team. These guys are trash. They cannot fix nothing, to have to constantly get work orders done and have not been here two years. This apartment complex is trash. It stinks under my sink. I have to put something under there just to not smell that water smell. I’m sick and tired of reporting things and they don’t fix it. They do a poor job at everything at this complex, our house can’t get done soon enough. I think management is trash too. They don’t respect you or your apartment.
