Today the tech services provided by Miguel was very helpful. I appreciate Miguel for being patient with me as I was following step by step instructions. The communication was so clear that the issue was solved in less than 30 minutes and taking in consideration that I am new user of the application and he made me feel that I was doing exactly what he instructed to do. This was very nice of him. Tech support over the phone is not always easy and that's is why I appreciate Miguel for outstanding service.

Their customer service is unhelpful, their interface is not easy to manage. We cannot download our footage from our cameras and can't reach tech support for help. I get disconnected/ hung up on instead of assistance. Avoid this company.

This company has terrible customer service. Recently we purchased a home and the previous owner forgot his password to their DVR and camera system set up. I have been trying for 5 months now to change the password and they have been unable to do this. Firstly, many times you have a 15+ minute wait to speak with someone. Then depending on who you get, they provide different solutions to the same problem. I have done everything they asked and I still can't get access to the cameras. Recently, I had someone install sonos music throughout the house and he told me to stay away from this company (and he even installs their cameras and dvr's) but shared they are a nightmare to work with... After 5 months and numerous phone calls (10+) I am giving up. I would stay away from them if you can... I am pretty easy going, but this is most frustrated I have every been with a company...

Worthless customer service. I can't retrieve my downloads and they won't help me because they claim my serial number isn't from the USA. Well, I told them who installed the camera (the installer provided the cameras and DVR). Refuse to help me, but enjoy this review. Hopefully others see it and don't buy your product as you don't stand behind them nor care.

5 star camera quality. Negative 5 star customer support. Its a very simple concept, i own your product, you support me because i am your customer. "Help with that is only ment for installer's sir". Three different tech support reps gave me a different version of that story and when i was promised by one of the reps i would be getting a call back from a "senior engineer" i get nothing. Its been 2 days and no call back. My questions are simple, i consider myself tech savvy so its not like im asking them to give me detailed step by step instructions. Worst customer service ive ever experienced, unless your an installer then you obviously get the VIP treatment. I will make sure nobody i know with home security needs buys hikvision products. Such a shame because it truly is a great quality product.
