Personal poco profesional, no ayudan con situaciones emergentes, dure 6 meses con mi congelador en mal estado y al traer uno nuevo hicieron daños en la propiedad, luego de hacerme gastar dinero extra en comida, intente pedir ayuda ya que mi esposa y yo estabamos esperando un hijo y despues de gasto y cuestiones de bienestar no podiamos seguir en la propiedad a 1 mes de que se venciera el contrato no ofrecieron ningun tipo de ayuda, sigan esperando la llamada de el manager …! Gracias

No recomiendo esta unidad 1380 w Mississippi ave 202 80223 solo quieren cobrar por todo cobran luz y gas cuando pago eso y las lavadoras no sirven nunca reparan nada y se reparan quieren cobrar por favor pregunten primero antes de mudarce a este lugar.

I had a really positive experience during my time living at a property managed by Four Star Realty in Denver. The team was always friendly, communicative, and approachable, making it easy to feel comfortable in my home. I had an issue with no heat during a freeze, and my property manager, Victoria Webb, was quick to respond and made sure everything was taken care of promptly and efficiently. Victoria's professionalism and care during that stressful situation made me feel valued as a tenant. Overall, I would definitely recommend leasing with Four Star Realty if you’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and capable management team!

These people don't know what a portable tenant screening is. The law came in at the beginning of 2024, once a person applies for an apartment and pays the application fee, they can request a copy of the screening, whether approved or not. They have a 30-day period during which they don't have to pay application fees in the future as long as you have a copy of your screening. You would think they would be aware of this considering it's been around for over a year now. Just be careful, remember renters have rights make sure you know them so you don't get pushed around!

They took over our building about 3 months ago.
Here are a few instances of my experience with them

In our lease it says we get internet, once they took over we didn't have internet FOR A MONTH. they said, "well it's an amenity, so we aren't responsible." Fair enough I guess? not really though. i signed lease with internet included

it been 4 days without internet again

our hallways were not maintained for about two months after they took over. Calls were not returned about this, this is their responsibility as a company to take care of common area.

our walkway was not shoveled and in such bad condition we actually got a fine from the city.

I've been to their offices, this is no small biz, please please please please please take care of tenants.

I'm a teacher, a single parent, I work my butt off, and for 5 years, I was a model tenant of Four Star Realty (the Croft).

Before living at the Croft, I'd lived at my prior address for 16 years and left in good standing.

A 3.5 week lapse between teaching jobs at the end of summer + The Croft's horrific property manager (Sylvia), whom in-person, refused to accept or simply ASK her superiors about my suggested payment arrangement via a stipulation through their lawyers = My first eviction at age 53... And I've been paying market rent in Denver since I was 17 years old. My quiet, endlessly striving, well-mannered, hard-working American family is homeless now. We have lived in an extended stay hotel since November. No one will rent to me.

this place was one of my big learning lessons. constantly changing out team members and the new ones have no idea what they are doing. maintenance requests never happen and you will not get reimbursed for any major living inconveniences. didn’t have a working fridge for weeks. water was constantly turned off without notice as well as power. people were squatting in the hallways and empty apartments and leaving drugs and trash laying around. neighbor had a roach infestation. 3 of the direct neighbors were hard drug users. constant domestic fights happening with neighbors. drug sales obviously going down all day. the leasing staff is horrible. one member in general is the hardest to deal with but in person and acts like he will help all your needs (but doesn’t at all). dont recommend living here or having anything to do with the reed street apartments especially.
