I have had a wonderful experience so far with Evergreen Live. Any time I have requested maintenance, they communicate very well and they send someone out very quickly and solve the issue. They have also been very understanding during difficult times and I am very grateful. I was working closely with Shaniqua Smith who has been very helpful and kind. I would definitely rent with them in the future and refer them to family and friends!

I have to give this company a very high compliment! They are absolutely amazing! Alexis is an angel sent from above she has been more than welcoming since my owner switched companies! Brianna in the lease department again amazing! There’s was so much confusion and miscommunication with the switch, Even the manager and Shamika, they have been understanding. I appreciate a company that listens to help! Great company! I’m speaking for the Dallas location.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
The company is firstly under home source property management which is a terrible company, do your research please!!

So firstly the house was nice on the surface but oh my god the issues the house had should’ve been a crime😒
The niebghrood was ghetto, going to the front door there isn’t a lockbox, just a pad that dosent even lock, the porch had bugs everywhere and the door frame was cracked, the flooring had dents, the walls were scuffed and looked like they painted over most damages, the inside had bugs, kitchen cabinet was dirty and one was lose and one under the sink was leaking water, there was a paper in the kitchen that said “this house is going as is” and legit shows it’s by a diff company! The back door Frame was cracked and dingy, the garage door frame was cracked and rotting, the garage was dirty and had noticeable cracks, it looks nice on the surface but it’s terrible,

AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND FIND A BBETGER COMPANY!!

To update this review regarding something, since homesource property management has now gone out of business (being taken over by mynd management which is a WAY worse company) they’re now seem to be using evergreen live to spread thier shady ways around here, I would still avoid this company and anyone who previously was renting from homesource and seen that thier lease possibly was changed to mynd, I would reccomend you find somewhere else to move to like yesterday🤦🏽‍♂️

Susan and Jessica really went above and beyond explaining everything and guiding me through their companies application process. I am very thankful that my landlord switched to this company for management of his properties. They are always helpful, fair and diligent. I have been helped multiple times by a customer service agent named Alexis and she is amazing. She is understanding, diligent, respectful and kind. I highly recommend this company and please give Alexis a raise!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY!

I've been renting from Evergreen for the past 5 months, and I can't wait until my lease is up.

1. The application process was a nightmare. Their team was incredibly unorganized. I had to call their office multiple times over nearly two weeks just to get an update on my application.

2. When I inquired about breaking my lease, I was told TWICE via chat that it would cost $4,500. But when I called to confirm, Shanique said she had sent the wrong template, and the actual cost was nearly $9,100! All I got was an "oops, my mistake." She even told me to read my lease, as if she's not the professional who's supposed to explain lease details!

3. Lastly, the gate is NEVER working. I live in a gentrifying area, and yesterday, a homeless man was sleeping in front of my door. Emergency teams had to be called to remove him from the property. When I informed the leasing company about this dangerous and unsafe situation due to their broken gate, Shanique's response was, “Oh well, I'll let the maintenance department know.” ZERO empathy. Absolutely disgusting customer service.

I just wanted to leave a review for Crystal Ferguson, Hailey and GIGI. These ladies have went above and beyond and have been very helpful throughout this process of finding a suitable home. They have answered my questions, my calls and returned calls while also providing assistance and clear communication. I just want to thank you ladies so very much for making a difference in alot of our lives.

I have been in my home since March of this year. From the first point of contact, moving in, and currently living in my home still, the communication has been wonderful. Brian, Alexis, Shaniqua, and many others have been extremely helpful with payments, work orders etc. Please don't hesitate to contact Evergreen Live for you future home!!
