I have been renting from Eclipse Property management for years. Property management is a business, but Chuck and his team put a lot of heart into their work, and that is just one of many reasons I will continue to rent from Eclipse until I buy my own home. I have been renting the same property for over 7 years.
Here are some facts:
1)They are professional yet personable.
When repairs are needed, I get a response within hours if not sooner.
The contractors they send are considerate, knowledge and professional. Eclipse takes pride in maintaining the homes they are entrusted with.
If I was a property owner that decided to rent out my home, Eclipse is the only property management company I would trust to maintain the integrity of my home.

By far the best property management I have experienced in Grand Junction. Chuck is exceptional at his job, and very personable. Anytime service is needed, the management team responds timely and with great service. I will be sticking with them as long as possible!

Do not rent from these guys. Rented under them for years and they have gone way downhill. Services such as trash pick up included in rent are not provided. We pay extra for their portal which is supposed to collect rent like auto pay and make simple changes such has last name due to marriage nope doesn't work. To add insult to injury they are only in the office 3 1/2 days a week off at noon on Thursday taking off any and all holidays making them completely inaccessible. No phone calls or texts just emails I have responded to more quickly than the owner. Rent from someone else.

They use apps for work orders, leases, rental payments, and pet trackers - making the process seamless and you always know where your account or order stands. They return emails and answer calls quickly and consistently. If you have a request, they’ll work with you to the best of their ability. Have rented our home from Eclipse for the past 5 years or so, since we moved here from Steamboat to avoid the high prices in a resort town. They take care of our maintenance issues promptly and have fixed or replaced our swamp cooler within a day during the peak of summer. Chuck Kelley is a great manager to deal with.
