One guy that working at the front, his name is Joe Buditaslim is very polite, very nice, very helpful and always helping on my work orders. He is also very knowledgeable and been helping me on repayment agreement. I have been living in this potrero terrace for 15 years and i never had anyone that helping like Joe Buditaslim. He gave me great customer service and i am very happy with great service.

I moved to a property in Merced California in May of 2024. Yesterday on September 2, 2024 I received a notice in my mailbox that I had not paid rent and owe a balance of $832.00. I have receipts for every single thing I save them all. I actually have a credit on my account. Apparently after speaking to neighbors I am not the only tenant who has been accused of not paying rent. Several of my neighbors have as well. It's very concerning this is happening. I am unable to pay except with money orders along with the rest of the tenants. I have a heart condition and debilitating anxiety and receiving this notice has sent me in a tail spin causing unnecessary harm and stress. I am concerned that something funny is going on because how do you just lose track of who is paying and who isn't. I am also noticing a t# on the document sent to me which represents a section 8 tenant and I am not a section 8 tenant at all. I work full time and have a perfect rental history. I have never been late on my rent anywhere I have ever lived. I still have receipts from my old complex I lived at. There is much more happening here where I live and am praying with the new management things will change. I am requesting everything in writing from here on out due to this happening to me. I am concerned for other tenants as well who may not save receipts, what happens to them then? This is concerning all the way around. Hoping I can get some resolutions.

Over the past month I’ve been in contact with a person named Juan at the Potrero Hill office and he’s been a great help. Making sure my families maintenance orders were fulfilled and handling things in a timely manner. His communication skills are excellent. Juan made sure to get me the needed information on time. He made things so much easier by having a positive “can do will do “ attitude . Great customer service , I would give him 10 stars if I could.

Overall positive experience living here. Have been here many years, it is quiet and clean. Although a little dated, they are some of the most spacious apartments in all of Vacaville for the area and the price. (Updates on-going) Maintenance is responsive to issues.
Issues getting through to office via phone call would be my only complaint.

Great customer with active site manager and staff the only thing the halls need to be sanitized everyday and carpets need to be cleaned atleast every three months villa de amistad
