Mary Jo and Dan are great people. When I moved in, they said to call anytime when we need anything. They respond promptly whenever I text or call them even after hours and weekends, and sends someone to fix the problem as soon as possible. Their handyman Dave and his sons will call and make an appointment to fix any issues. They fixed the screened patio door. When the sink started to leak, they replaced it. When the bottom of the toilet became unstable they came the very next day to fix it. They even fixed a minor damage in the wall paper in the master bath. Kim in the office responds to my emails in a timely manner, after hours and even on weekends. Mary Jo always sends updates about any community activities we have. Or any updates from the HOA that she receives via e-mail. They are great people. They will help you find the home that is right for you. I will definitely recommend them.

I have had a great experience with Darrin at Danjo. I am renting a property he manages and he is always so responsive to my emails and texts. When a vendor is needed, he’s ON IT! For example, I had a window break and he had his preferred vendor come out within 2 hours to begin repairs. I recommend him as a property manager and I imagine he is just as great as a realtor. 👏👏👏

My experience with DANJO has not been pleasent by any means so far... and I'm only a few months into my lease. Pat speaks negatively about tenants TO OTHER TENANTS! Both Mary Jo and Pat clearly come across as irritated with you when you ask for them to ACTUALLY do their jobs, such as; handle repairs, report something to the owners of the homes, be sure the home is in a presentable condition when moving into it for the first time, etc. I was told our yard was mowed, edged and the landscape was cleaned up prior to moving into my current home... none of that had been done in weeks. The outside of the home had green on it from where it had not been pressure washed in who knows how long. Cabinets and counters in the kitchen were sticky. Walls were dirty, paint didn't even match where they actually did cover holes in the wall (which was not taken care of in many rooms of the home). I could go on for days. This was not my first time renting so I've had quality experience else where that blew this company out of the water. PLEASE DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY! As an eager 21 yr old I didn't do my research on them the way I should have, now I know for when my lease is up! Please don't repeat my mistake!

Both Pat and Mary Jo have been wonderful to work with. Moving down here from up north for work, my family and I had very little knowledge of the area and a tight timeframe to make the move. After sending request to view properties to multiple companies from a major internet site. Danjo not only was quick to respond but were extremely helpful in regard to our concerns. They were able to get us into a nice home in a great neighborhood, within our schedule.
Fast forward 6 months and were still very pleased with this company. Twice the a/c has had issues and both times they had a tech at our home in a matter of hours. The oven stopped working and a brand new one was delivered two days later. I have even sent a request by email at 11:30 at night once not expecting a reply until the following day, and actually received a response 10 mins later.
Great company to work with, I can’t say enough. Highly recommend

Forget about the national chain rental companies use Darrin at Danjo! Super pleasant to talk to, responsive, and hands down they are my first choice if I need to rent in the future. I wish I'd have found them sooner.

Rents are TOO high, poorly managed properties that do not get repaired in a timely manner. They want tenants to pay out of pocket for rental repairs which is not right in my opinion. If I am renting a place I should not be responsible for things that break or wear out over time, not due to my neglect or mistreatment. Pat & Jo are gossiping old bitties that need to put more effort into turning these properties over in the condition they expect their tenants to leave them in... No one should be expected to pay over a thousand a month in rent for a home with dirty walls, stained carpets, broken fixtures, absurd rules upon vacating, etc! RIP OFF- go somewhere else to rent or for your property management needs. Don't say you weren't warned!!

Find somewhere else to rent! Agency expects you to be the home owner not the tenant. Property was left in better condition and cleaner than when originally taking possesion. Only in the property for 6 months and you would of thought we had been in the property for several years by the cleaning request made. Look elsewhere for your rental needs. I'm on Facebook please contact me for specifics. Rent is too high!!!
