My child support is withdrawn from my check every 2 weeks like clockwork. Now my automotive sales license is up for renewal and there is a hold for child support, which has been paid every time on time. Cannot call and speak to someone and I love 150 miles away. About to lose my livelihood because of the incompetence of these idiots. Cant work without a license. Been trying to resolve this for 3r hours. Drove 150 miles to Santa Clara and dmv says my license is still not released. I take care of my wife and 3 kids and now am going to be out of a job because of the incompetence of this department. Will sue for sure

Presented my proof of payment. They said ok, we need to ask your wife. Why!? There is the proof! I was told by you that this was ok and that this was enough. No. Instead I get charged late fees with interest. When I was not late. Not once.

I been dealing with my identity issue and wasn’t able to get in my account. Since early last year, I made a stop today at the San Jose office and Elsa V. Followed up with me and helped me. Thank you she was amazing now I got thru and finalize everything I needed.

Very unconstitutional. Even listing my expenses they seem to take the max amount and always side with the mother no matter what. Mother can lie and say she has no income, and not even investigated, but if the father does it, they would investigate and thrown in jail with suspended license. Never go to court without a lawyer and always have a lawyer help with filling out forms and give legal aid as much as possible.

This office has done nothing to assist me in getting the needed financial support for a teen that I took in as a foster child. The case worker called to tell me that there is nothing they can do because the father paid his support to the mother. So mother fraudulently received and kept the child support that was meant for the childs needs. And now this office wont assist in getting the mother for fraud.

This is a prime example of how some government employees give the department they work for a bad reputation. I know there are government employees that do an awesome job but their are those few, like the one mentioned above, that are only there for a paycheck! These types of employees are the reason foster parents are so hard to come by!!!

I called them at 4:30 took them 14 minutes to take my call just to hang on me because they close at 4:45. They didn't even let me ask if it was the correct number to start my process. Worst service ever
