I’ve lived in a Circum Pacific Property for approximately 4 months now and have loved every minute of it! The property is clean, quiet, and peaceful. All of my neighbors are incredibly kind and I’ve never had any issues with noise. Catherine has been amazing to work with and responds to my texts/emails quickly. I’d definitely recommend this rental property to others and don’t plan on leaving anytime soon! The large closet, spacious restroom and natural light are also a huge plus!

Honestly pretty surprised to be writing a positive review of a property management company, but I cannot recommend them enough. During the tour of my apartment (where my partner and I have lived for 6 months now) every question was answered by the property manager and every little concern I brought up about wear and tear (which there was very few, but still) was taken care of before I even moved in. Lauren does a stellar job taking care of the place. Maintenance is very speedy and thorough, Bill is my hero. The cost of rent is about as good as it gets for the neighborhood. So long as that doesn't change too much I think my partner and I will be here for a long time.

I've spent the majority of my Portland years living in Circum Pacific buildings. They're older, no frills buildings with great management. They're reasonable priced, clean, and Greg (in The Baker), is always on top of any issues that may arise. If I return (again) to Portland, I will most certainly look at CP Properties first. The first photo is the SE corner, the last two, were my views.

I am shocked at how well I have been treated by this company so far. Extremely responsive, very nice on the phone and have gone above and beyond the superficial level of their duties as leasing agents, the move in process was one of the best I have had in my life. The apartment I moved into was beautifully cleaned, and for it being so old has been maintained very well. Thank you for treating me like a human being, I hope this continues for the rest of my stay here in Portland.

My manager Catherine is warm and friendly, and made me feel right at home when I moved into my apartment a year and 4 months ago. She has made my experience living here especially welcoming! I have truly enjoyed my studio apartment experience in Northwest Portland: the building is clean, the other tenants are friendly, and it's dog friendly which is perfect for me and my pup. All maintenance issues are addressed promptly, and it's the perfect location-walking distance from parks, food and shopping. I highly recommend this property!

Burgess Apartments was the best apartment I have ever lived in and that is primarily due to the awesome property manager, Greg. Greg has been managing the apartment and a few other apartments around it for years.
Having a property manager with that kind of history is very unique in Portland nowadays. He does a spectacular job and was always available if I had a question or if I needed something done to our place. When you are in Burgess, you can immediately tell how much care, love, and attention Greg has been put in the building. I highly recommend living at Burgess, Baker, or Marion Court. Greg will take good care of you and he's a great resource to have in NW Portland.

I lived at one of Circum-Pacific’s properties for 3 years and had a great experience. The building is older but the unit was clean, the floor plan was super well laid out, and there was laundry onsite that could be paid with a credit card. It’s hard to find spots that have any sort of yard and the Marion Court apartment complex had a great side yard area. I was fortunate enough to have Greg as my landlord and he was super responsive, communicative and helpful whenever you needed something! Most property management companies are cold and try and up charge you on everything, I never felt that way and always felt I was treated fairly and not taken advantage of. I would have continued living there if I hadn’t had another opportunity come up and I plan on renting from Circum-Pacific again if and when I move back into Portland.

I lived at Forestry Court upon my relocation to Portland from Dallas, TX. I was so impressed with the attention to detail and the warm welcome I received from my property manager Catherine Rondema. She was always very quick to respond to any issues i had while living at the complex ( which were very few). I had great neighbors and made several long term friendships. It's a wonderful place to live and Catherine is sweet, caring , and professional. I recommend Forestry Court to anyone looking for a quaint vintage style apartment close to walking trails and 23rd ave.
