They do an outstanding job in keeping up the property, and their recent painting of the hallways in the building is absolutely phenomenal. The transformation is incredible, and the hallways now look so good.

What sets the Maintenance team apart is their dedication and attentiveness. They are always on top of things, ensuring that any issues are promptly addressed. It's evident that they genuinely care about the residents and take pride in their work.

I can confidently say that the Maintenance team is top-tier. Their professionalism, efficiency, and commitment to maintaining the property are commendable. It's reassuring to know that we have such a reliable team taking care of our living environment.

I would like to add to my review of Town Terrace's Property Management. I just want to take a moment to compliment Laura, who is truly amazing. She has been phenomenal in addressing any issues we have had. Recently, we had a problem with some very disgusting fruit flies, and this was the second time I brought it to her attention. Laura immediately took action and resolved the problem promptly. Her responsiveness is commendable, and it is through actions like these that relationships are built and residents feel they can trust and call this place home. Laura's dedication adds value to the property.

I have never had any issues with Laura. I think she is amazing. She is not only respectful, but she also treats residents with respect. Her commitment to doing her best speaks volumes about her character. She genuinely cares about the residents and makes us feel valued and heard when we bring matters to her attention.

I’ve lived here for 3 years due to convenience of the location. I have received a notice for pests (roaches specifically) 3 separate times in the last year. We pay $1,000 a month for a one bedroom. Absolutely unacceptable. I’ve never gone out of my way to chastise a property, however, all the residents feel the same way.

Lived here for 3 years. 100% the worst property managers I’ve ever had. The air duct systems are coated with black dust and look like they haven’t been cleaned in years. If you have a maintenance request, they will do the cheapest option possible as a “fix.”

My heater stopped working 7-8 different times during the winter before they finally spent the ~$100 to get a new ignition switch. Many sleepless nights in a cold apartment. Do not live at any Christopherson Apartments, they do not care about your well being.

I had lived at Wexford Commons about two years and I have nothing bad to said the apartment and management is very good. The location is great and it so close to everything. Grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants, stores and bus stops. The maintenance department has always been very prompt in responding to any request that I've had. The management staff has always been friendly and easy to work with. I've felt valued as a resident during my stay here. I would highly recommend as a great place to live.

My experience working with this leasing agency was super easy and overall great! Cheyenne is an amazing leasing agent and made this the easiest leasing experience for me by far! She helped me find an apartment that was available, in my budget and the space I was looking for. I loved working with her!

It's a good place to look for decent priced apartments. My main complaint is that nothing gets communicated until you contact them first, but this seems to be improving over time. I moved out at the end of April, and my experiences with staff we're a lot better than they were 4 years ago. I was almost towed because my permit was old, but I was never given a replacement. I also had a mouse problem that got completely ignored by management, and I'd find dead mice in my apartment about once every other month.

I have been renting for many years and this is the worst property management company I have ever had to deal with. Some of my property inside my apartment was damaged due to the poor condition of the building leaking water. My vehicle was damaged due to the poor condition and failure to maintain the parking lot. When I moved in the carpet had a burn mark, stains, and a patch. They had the nerve to charge me for cleaning the carpet when I moved. Before moving in I specifically asked if I would have an off street parking spot. They told me I would and there would be no issues with parking in the lot. That was a lie. My mailbox was broken into on a regular basis. The laundry room was broken into at least a couple times when I was there. One of their employees used personal information from my rental application without permission for reasons not related to renting. When I moved in and had to call the office with issues the property manager at the time told me if I have nice things and want to keep them nice I should move. I was upset about this comment at the time but now realize it was great advice and I should have listened much sooner.

I have lived here for almost two years and I love it!

I moved here in early 2015 and it was my first apartment. I was nervous about getting tricked out of my money but they are honest and good people. The leasing agents actually care about you and take the time to attend to every situation. They are very respectful, fun and are easy to talk to. They are easy to access, by phone or email! Maintenance always come when you call and they actually fix the problem. The apartments are beautiful, and very spacious. The neighborhood is nice and calm. This is a great place to live and I would recommend this place to anybody!

Make them you last option, bad business. You will share your home with mice and the
Orkin company has came 5 times, doesnt work. Not guest friendly. Your guest will have to walk a block to see you. Dont let them park in the lot after 8pm $370 tow fee and they was only in my apartment for 30 minutes. Thats preying on your residents, literally. Now I can see after 10pm. I have had anxiety leaving at night because you may not have a parking spot and be forced to park a block away.... Not a good feeling to be worried about parking leaving and returning home. Fire alarm always going off for false alarms. I will never rent from this company again.
