My family and I stayed in the Davenport area for our trip to Disney world. The accommodation was in a perfect location, only 15/30 mins away from the parks, depending on the traffic. We were lucky to be at really close proximity to some of the most stunning beaches in the world including our favourite, Cocoa Beach! The accommodation was beautiful and the amenities were perfect for us. We cannot wait to visit again. Special thanks to Lizzy who was very attentive and prompt during our stay.

These people are crooks. We signed a management agreement and power of attorney in February 2022 for them to manage our Davenport vacation home and find short term rentals. Over the 2 years since then they have stolen almost $3,500 from our rental income in a scam by making unauthorised charges in blatant violation of the management agreement. They can’t be trusted - don’t let them manage your home under any circumstances and be very wary if you’re thinking of renting a home they manage.

I'm an owner and have been with CFRM Villas for about a year now. They manage my property and I'm located outside of Florida and with them can feel like they can handle everything without me needing to take trips for tenant turnover, etc. My last tenant left the property very clean and Bernard had the locks changed out for as cheap as I could have done it myself.

During the hurricane I got a large branch through the porch roof and they took care of the repair. The repair again was a decent price that my buddy who is a retired roofer said that for the scope of work that it was a deal. Their roofer made the repair quickly and I got photos texted to me from Lizzy when she went to look at the house.

Please beware CRFM VILLAS has charged 350$ deposit and will not return. Due to previous damages, towels came ripped on arrival and they will charge your entire deposit for it. They leave the pool deck dirty on purpose to charge you to wash it after. Terrible for family’s to be treated like this. We took extremely great care of the property and was mistreated and blamed for previous problems. This is so wrong please do not do business with this company unless you like paying for others mistakes!

CFRM takes a really good care of our home and, based upon our customer's feedback, they provide them an outstanding service. We used to rent our home thru a very big company specialized in renting vacation homes, it was a nightmare, an expensive one.
