A friend recommended me to Justin. I love Justin in the Winter Park FL office. When I first went to the office he explained everything to me. I was only wearing one hearing aid when I went to see him. Twice I called him because my hearing aids were not working and I was going away. He met me at the office both times and fixed my problem. I have never had a problem coming in at the last minute. He always accommodateds me.
I give Justin 5*.
P.S. One thing Beltone needs to fix is your application. It is very frustrating when the application keeps closing ALL DAY LONG. I rely on my application (so I can change the program whenever I want) and I should be able to open it, set it and forget it. Thank you.

The staff at the WinterPark office is great! If I need batteries or tips for my hearing aids they are very helpful!!
I needed a new set of hearing aids, the ones I had was 5 years old, Justin was very helpful in navigating me to upgrade!!

Just got my new Serene hearing aids from Beltone and WOW! Haven't heard like this in some time. My last pair was from Miracle Ear and these a far superior in so many ways. Justin MacMichael has taken good care of me.

Justin has been extremely professional and accommodating. He’s made my adjustment to wearing hearing aids as easy and problem free as possible. If you know anyone who is wrestling with this decision, I highly recommend they scheduled an appointment to meet with Justin.
