Barr’s Property Management is truly the standard of landlord that every tenant expects and unfortunately, never gets. Kayden is kind, understanding, reasonable, easy to work with, but most of all he cares about his tenants. He is quick to respond, quick to fix, and very accommodating. The rental process was quick, simple, and he was very helpful in making sure we could make his house, our home. To say Barr’s Property Management is a 5 star review, is an understatement. The absolute best! Barr's Property Management has the most beautiful properties to choose from. I can appreciate that the one I rented was furnished with high quality furnishings. Kayden was very professional and clear about my lease agreement. I had an unexpected circumstance and he was glad to extend my lease to accommodate my needs, which, really saved me. My rent was affordable and that was a big deal considering everyone wants an arm and a leg around here. Kayden was always easy to get ahold of and I would definitely recommend Barr Properties!
