Archer Homes is the most professional, honest, and caring service business I ever have worked with. The Archer team quickly responds and addresses any issues, keep me timely informed, regularly send reports to me on the financials, and when needed, makes professional/objective recommendations.

I strongly recommend their services as Real Estate Brokers as well as Property Managers. The peace of mind that they provide with their great performance is priceless.

I am a small apt owner. I have been with Dennis and Donna about 7 years. I know I like to keep my apartments clean and up to par at all times. Archer Team Home has always been very fair with me and with any renter. If a renter did not receive all his deposit back there is a real reason why. I know I want to return all of any deposit as that means little work for me to go in and have to repair. I like to do the repairs myself, but if something needs to be fixed right now they know to do it asap as it should be. They do a good job that is sometimes not easy.

I have been renting from Archer Team Homes for 5 years now. When I signed up with them, the application process was simple and they were very helpful. Every time I have called them for answers to questions or repairs, they have been very friendly and responsive. I have had a few repairs needed over these 5 years including AC service, a new hot water heater, repairs to the dishwasher, and repairs to the bathroom sinks and toilet. All of these requests where handled promptly and with total satisfaction. I have referred several friends to rent from them over time and they have all had equal experiences also. I would rate this company as one of the top mangers of property and give them an A+ for service and friendliness.

Utterly disgusted in the way this property management conducts business. Unprofessional office staff and untimely responses for repair requests or general inquiries. I rented a property with two other friends (all college age girls) from May 2016-June 2017. We payed on time every month and left the house in better condition than it was received- professionally cleaned before moving out. Upon the checkout date, the owner of the company, Dennis Archer showed 30 minutes late (I expected nothing less) and proceeded verbally harass me. He made erroneous claims that the other girls and I were a day late to check out and would have to pay another months rent. He also said we would have to pay them to have the carpets professionally cleaned even though I had the invoice with me showing they were cleaned two days prior. He called me a "spoiled brat" and that "Archer team homes would never rent to young, white, females again". While Dennis Archer was going on this pompous tirade, there was a mother and daughter at the house listening. The company had told them they were not officially showing the house, but the current tenant would be there for check out and would " probably let them in". Again, completely unprofessional, and potentially putting me in harms way as I was there by myself. They heard how awful the owner of the company treats their tenants and stayed the entire time listening because the mother didn't feel comfortable leaving me alone with Dennis. I took my concerns directly to the company and spoke to the older woman, named Donna I believe, who also runs the business. I was assured I would receive a written apology. I still have not received a letter or any sign of remorse. It has been over a month- in my opinion that is more than enough time to reach out. They will be receiving a letter from my lawyer within the week.

We have been with Dennis and Donna and the rest of the group at Archer Team Homes for a little over 10 years now and I can honestly say that we never would have continued to invest in rental properties without their guidence, deligence and hard work. Their management of our property has helped us keep the units in great shape by handeling the maintenace issues and negotiating on our behalf to find the best contractors at a resonable price.
Archer Team Homes worked with us thru a very difficult time in the real estate market and have alsways brought us well qualified tennants. They are avaible when we need them and provide monthly accounting reports detailing all activities.

Terrible management. Office staff unprofessional, unfriendly, and rude. Maintenance was good. Vendors terrible. I lived there 5 1/2 yrs. the carpet was at least 9 years old. It has stains and holes everywhere and needed to be stretched within weeks after I moved in. I had pictures. Everything was out dated. Green tile in entry way. Old Off white vinyl in kitchen. 3 different colors of paint on the walls. When I moved out they charged me $250 for carpet clean instead replacing the carpet and charged me $250 for apartment cleaning. They hand nothing to clean but the blinds. I had worked in property management for 13 years so I know what needed to be done. But I had know energy to fight with them. I was too busy moving into my new place. I would give them a - negative star.
