Now they took my money said that the apartment was nasty no as you can see a few paces of trash now why all this came when I gave a 45 day notice and after months of asking to fix the heating and my blinds ok so they want to go to court oh let not go there with me I call the state cause it’s illegal to have a space heater I also have a picture of that. See the man down stairs and I was going the same way cause they ask for more rent he got a new everything me dail tone and delete message lock out the resident portal and all so I don’t give this property management company zero stars ask me they lie to get you in then pull the rug from under you with all the foul play as for later rent that was never the problem cause if I was late I put the extra rent in so for yall to try me so playing with me see you in court I ask yall to fix the heating the hole wenter and some of the summer see that why I took. Pick of the company that was call to fix ox I ask yeah 6 months in to the lease that my apartment need some touch up the maintenance man told me he in Wisconsin putting in air conditioner then I asked him if I measure them will they bring me the blinds no blinds to be truthful I pay my bills even if I get behind I still pay until it paid off but I promise before you hurt my name I will fight with all my might

This is by far the best place that I have rented from. From the application process, the showing and the actual property, it is the absolute best experience. The staff I have communicated with have all been extremely professional and helpful. I have never had this level of customer service anywhere else. The unit was super clean and welcoming when I moved in. I would highly recommend this company!

This company gave me a chance when no one else would! I rent a big 2 bedroom apartment for both myself and my daughter. At a very reasonable price.They allow my dog and my cat again for a reasonable fee. Thanks to this company getting back on my feet will be a reachable goal. I hired Applegate Properties about a year ago to manage a duplex I own in Baldwin, WI, and it was the best decision I ever made regarding that property. Everyone is so nice to work with, and I never have to deal with any problems! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a property management company.

Had no issues while renting from them but the minute you move out/give notice the issues start. No communication on move out procedures then, they tried to keep a majoring of my security deposit for turn over costs that are not the responsibility of the previous tenant. Bs charges and just money hungry. Looks like they do this with majority of security deposits. So beware! You most likely won’t get it back regardless of the nice condition at move out!

I went into my lease fully expecting to be disappointed in how things were ran and having little to no communication. However, that is the farthest from the truth.

I rented from September to May, and quite honestly this was the best rental company I’ve rented from yet. Communication was basically instant/same day if I had a question, and it was super easy to put in any maintenance requests as well.

After putting in my notice to vacate, they were very prompt with letting me know they will be showing the unit as soon as possible and gave me the dates and times they would be showing it as well. They also texted me the day before to remind me of a showing.

During move out, they sent a suggested cleaning list of things to do before you turn in your keys. While I did the best cleaning I could, I did miss a couple of things and was charged a light cleaning fee of $45. Am I mad about it? Not at all as what they stated they cleaning was for was likely accurate.

All in all, I would definitely rent from Applegate again and would recommend them to anyone looking for a place to call home.

My name on my Google account is not my real name. It has been changed so that companies can not air out lies regarding my personal experiences.

Rented from them three separate times, never got a deposit back and even had professional cleaning done before moving out. Said they needed to redo carpet or do “repairs”. Horrible communication. Total money scam for sure.
