No se preocupan por usted o su familia ni por las condiciones en las que tiene que vivir. Cuando decide mudarse, se quedan con su depósito cuando se mude para todo tipo de cosas que se estropearon cuando se mudó. Si lo hace Múdate a una de sus propiedades, asegúrate de tomar fotografías de cada centímetro de sus casas. Literalmente cada centímetro. ¡Se aprovecharán de ti!

By far the worst management company I have ever rented from. They do not give the home clean to you or fixed. While you are living there paying rent on time they do not send people out to come fix things with in a day or two more like weeks. They do not care about you or your family and the conditions you have to live in. When you decide to move out, they keep your deposit when you move out for all kinds of things that were messed up when you moved in. If you do move in to one of their properties, be sure to take pictures of every inch of their homes. Literally every single inch. They will take advantage of you !

Estuve en una propiedad por 2 años y en ocasiones me tocó esperar por servicios básicos que tenían que ser resueltos en el momento pero no hicieron lo que me generó gastos adicionales aparte que nunca falle con un solo pago,al momento de entregar la propiedad que fue devuelta antes de la fecha estipulada pero sin omitir los pagos satisfactorios para el contrato me quitaron más de la mitad de mi depósito porque siempre buscaron una excusa para apropiarse de dinero que no les correspondia...son irresponsables,mentirosos en fin unos delincuentes y no me refiero a todos solamente con los que siempre pusieron excusas para no devolver mi depósito la secretaria Shelby y el gerente Tim,a ustedes dos les digo que haciendo lo que ustedes hacen no van a progresar en la vida porque tarde o temprano la vida les pasará factura

I have never had a smooth transition into a new home before. But engaging with All Polk I had that one time experience that I’d want anyone in the leasing industry to experience. Miss Jennifer was sooo polite and understanding. The maintenance team were so professional and worked so swiftly. No matter how often I call to follow up on my application Chris never showed any annoyance. I definitely would recommend anyone to All Polk to handle their property as they are professional and always ready to assist. Thanks to the Leasing team for giving me such great relief.

Just another property management company that will push you to do an application when they know they already have plenty of applicants just so they can collect additional fees. Rentting properties is a horrible game and legally they should not be allowed to push multiple applicants unless they are offering refunds.

Now if you are the property owner they are leaving money on the table. The property we contacted them about they easily could have collected another 20% or more a month from us than they were asking. Because they had undervalued it. We had to get some additional paperwork for a Service Animal in training which delayed our ability to complete the application. But we were told directly they had a lot of interest. So again as an owner they should have let people bid and compete for the rent. I even told the rep we were paying 50% more than the rent they were asking and I would have definitely offered more money. They literally lost that owner thousands of dollars a year in revenue.

Response to Response. I informed Jennifer that it was a puppy and his paperwork had not been received yet. You can not complete the pet screening process until it is available. It was available the next day. Even with that information and knowing you had a viable candidate you were pushing for the other family members to apply to collect more application fees. A multiple hour application process. And yes I know you do not own the property. It is your job to advise the owner of the market. You left money on the table. Regardless of it being my application or someone else.

This is my first apartment in my life and so far i love it! Jennifer was so loving and helpful every step of the way! The apartment is my new journey in life with God and right now i'm loving every piece of it! The way i've been treated so far i've felt nothing but pure genuine support and love from these guys!
