I moved this year for the first time in many years. I went to Ellison to help me find an affordable apartment is a safe neighborhood. Boy, did they deliver! Ellison found me a beautiful apartment for not much more that I paid previously with a garage. The yard and landscaping is well maintained. The neighborhood is quiet and a short drive from my office. I could not be happier. All of my neighbors tell me that if problems come up, they are taken care of right away. I highly recommend using Ellison Property Management if are looking to move.

I helped my daughter get her first apartment with Ellison, Terri was GREAT! I am a "hands-on" mom and the office manager at Ellison (Kevin) made sure that ALL parties continued to have an open communication and understanding. The apartments are very spacious and provide my daughter enough space to have plenty of family time and gatherings. The neighbors are awesome and have a GREAT sense of community, it makes me feel more secure knowing that my daughter is in GOOD HANDS!

these people are naive and a insult. There is a person in their complex constantly harassing people and getting her friends involved yet more complaints that are filed they do not do anything about it. Yet they will be happy to throw a family on the street with a child in heartbeat. These kind of property owners need new management and need to think about how they write their leases or rewrite the leases. Also there are families needing a two bedroom but refuse to cancel the people leases that are 1 person 2 bedrooms and put the family that needs it in the 2 bedroom. very very very poor experience. The apartments themselves all not that great and they raise the rent regardless if their apartments are not even worth the amount they want.

Horrible rental company. Rented a house through Ellison Property Management. Manager never calls you back then claims she didn't get the message on HER voicemail. Poor communication with tenets and very rude person. Complained about leaking roof where wires were showing, it was never taken care of. Moved into a house with roaches and a refrigerator that barely worked. Stove only had 1 eye that worked properly. No screens on windows and glass missing in some of them. I would not rec renting any of the property they manager nor would I suggest letting them manage yours!

When my husband and I upgraded our rental we had not one problem with moving out of the condo. But, when we bought our own home and they lost our business they slapped us with unreasonable charges claiming the yard needed to be mowed (in January). We lost 1/3 of our deposit based on their overly critical reviews. We improved the house while there and installed blinds ourselves! Do not do business with this company. They are NOT the side of the tenants, they are 150% for the property owners, of which they own most of!

The responses to bad reviews from Ellison are obvious comebacks that no one reading can prove. Some of us have used alias to make our reviews, so that we will not be threatened within the community because of our personal experience and poor view of this company. Unfortunately, Ocala is full of a dying breed of good ol boys with hands in eachother's pockets and Ellison is one of those tainted companies. Be wise and look elsewhere.

When i left there apartment after two years everything in that place was spotless and worked. The only thing that needed to be cleaned was the carpet. Its been a week and they have not refunded anything to me. And when i call to ee whats going on all they keep saying is that we ill call you and thats it.

We've been looking at rentals for 2 mo. They had what siuied our needs. Clean and ready to move in .Satisfied at this point of becoming a renter.
