As a Real Estate Agent I can confidently say that GTI + the Team of professionals that work here are some of the best in the industry. Not only do they value their residents, they value the Agents who partner with them. They take very good care of residents, their maintenance / service requests, handle emergencies urgently, and are very reasonable and accommodating with situations that have occurred. Adrian, Brad, and Mario are very enjoyable and personable professionals. Their response time and accommodations as well as communication is certainly above average. Many of the clients we have worked with have lived here many years. The Management Company has a modern service to assist with maintenance requests. I lived in a GTI property on St Botolph street. Any time I interacted with GTI, I was always met with responsiveness and professionalism. I had one maintenance request when I first moved in and they addressed the issue in a timely manner. They were very respectful and fair when I had to move out before my lease was up. After a new tenant signed a lease, I was broken from mine. They are definitely one of the good management companies in Boston and I wouldn't hesitate to live in one of their buildings again.

My husband and I have nothing but good things to say about GTI Properties. They are the best property management company in Boston. We moved in to a 2 bedroom on Harrison Ave. about 6 months ago, and we couldn't be happier with our choice. GTI is quick to provide help with anything we could possibly need. If we need a ride to the airport, the concierge takes care of it for us. We rarely have issues with our apartment, but when we do, GTI is super responsive and helpful. Our toilet flusher was acting kind of funky recently, and as soon as we called for maintenance, they came up and took care of the issue right away. I can't stress enough how wonderful they've been. If you are looking for an apartment in the South End, you can find the best options through GTI Properties. Once you sign a lease with GTI, they make absolutely sure that you are taken care of at all times. When it comes to property management, GTI has all your needs covered -- I highly recommend!!!

I love living in the South End thanks to GTI Properties. I love my apartment and the management as they are always quick to respond to any problems I have. The parking is great and the parking attendants are always in a great mood and very friendly! Brad and Patrick are always very professional and willing to help with any problems I have.

I loved living at 460 Harrison. It’s so convenient and fun to be in the art gallery building and SoWa marketplace. Everyone from GTI was very helpful as well. Anytime I had a service request someone came that day to address my concern. The building is very safe with security guards on property (who are also very nice!). I will definitely consider if I come back to the Boston area again.

While the properties are nice, maintenance and management is an absolute mess. I lived there for only one year, and they went through 3 different property managers. Furthermore, maintenance is so slow to respond. We had a roof that leaked the same place over and over, and it took anywhere from 2 weeks to a month to fix it each time. When asking for compensation, they stated that this was an appropriate response time (we had damage to our property they refused to compensate us for). Overall, bad experience- stay away.
